Clean rooms. Area was quiet.
-
Affordable for one night on a road trip. Suits that purpose.

I can’t say all was bad as the gentleman that was trying to help with issues at check-in was trying to make it right. He is what guest service should look like because you can tell he truly cares about the guests that make your paychecks possible.

Parking is a competition with Chick Fil-A. You even have to wait in the fast food line to get into parking lot or parking space.

The front desk people were very helpful and friendly. The room was ok. Not a stocked kitchenette, you have to ask for amenities to use, even a hair dryer. The floor was dirty like it hadn’t been mopped. Our socks were black from walking around. The bed was comfortable and the ac worked well.

Staff is always friendly and helpful There were several hairs across the sink and counter in the bathroom

Staff was friendly. Property was clean

location walking distance to Legacy Village where my father lives. plenty of restaurants and groceries near by. Quick access to the freeway. Bed was a bit bouncy. Could have used an extra blanket and pillow (no I didn't ask for it)

Clean room, staff at check in was really nice. Good location with a lot of restaurant options available.

The afternoon (check-in) desk staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The room was reasonably clean but ... zero amenities--no coffee pot, no hair dryer, no ... nothing you would expect even in a low-budget place. The place was listed as offering breakfast, but it does not. It has coffee and grab and go pastry. That's it. I asked for a room right off the parking lot (they do have them) because of having a lot of heavy things to bring in, and they gave me a room on the second floor in the back at the end of the hall. The luggage cart was non-functioning. I reported it, asking that they fix it or get a working one because I needed it. Nothing. In the morning they offered me a laundry bin to help with moving things. OK, that was definitely something, and by that time the desk staff had very few options, but it's unappealing. Extended Stay is off my list of possibilities for good.

It was a pretty walk behind the property and easy access to nearby restaurants. Room was very clean.
-
Um, low budget and perhaps best for long term hotel stay with very minimalistic needs.

The front desk help was a bit "raw", she claimed it was her first day. She used language that I was shocked by, being that she was the first impression of the hotel. Otherwise, ok stay. Just an overnight.

First, accessing the property was quite the struggle. You can only enter the parking lot in one direction on one street. Not their fault but annoying nonetheless. Second, Hotels.com double booked me in their system so I did not have a room when I arrived. So I was upgraded. And when I entered my upgraded room it was either not yet cleaned or someone else was staying in it already. After that I returned to the front desk and informed them of this and a second staff member had arrived at this time so she helped me and upgraded me again and this time I was able to get into an empty room. The room wasn’t dirty by any means, but it didn’t feel as clean as most of the rooms I have stayed in. I encountered a spider within the first 60 seconds, an unknown second insect 2-3 minutes after that, and noticed that under the bed was not cleaned (probably for a while) and that’s probably where that bug came from. The staff was friendly and very apologetic so I want to make sure I highlight that. But there are definite technical issues and cleanliness issues that need to be addressed.

This motel is not a place for travelers. This motel is for homeless people who pay by the day. Besides the unsavory people, the other guests were partying and “doing shots” outside our window. When I called to have them remove the music from our window, I was schooled by the person working on the noise ordinances in this county. It was filthy dirty, no amenities, and other than the nice man who checked us in, very rude staff. Do not stay here.

My room was so dirty i had to leave a day early and pay for a room elsewhere. Dirty q tips and trash under the bed. Dirty floor. Dirty bathroom. Told staff i was leaving early beach of it and they didn’t seem to care.

Everything was okay. Beds were very uncomfortable.

I accidentilly left something in my room after check out and I have been calling the hotel to see if they have it. It is very sentimental to me and if they have it, I'll have my cousin come pick it up. They just keep taking my name & #. I'll keep trying.

Enjoyed our first stay in Salt lake and this area of sugar house is the best parking is somewhat limited but the hotel was nice free 'snack' breakfast but the kitchen in room was perfect.
