Inn of the Conchos

The lady at the front desk was super friendly and very helpful. The room on the other hand was terrible. There was feces in the toilet, the room smelled terrible and the location did not feel safe at all. Too many transients in the area. The was no water due to a water leak. Had it not have been for a family emergency, we would have had to stay in this. Thank goodness for small miracles. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Again asked them why don’t they make changes on Expedia booking websites, they answered they already have asked Expedia to the free breakfast.

Staff is cool, house keepers do a good job.

Room was clean, chill staff. Not a bad spot.

It close to our friends and close to downtown We were put next door to loud kids in the next room they were up quite early making loud noises of screaming and running into our door. We left the next morning to keep from hearing them.

Nothing The building was painted a different color, bad neighborhood, the pool was not filled, my first room was not clean, sink was clogged and it had bed bugs. I got another room it was clean, no bed bugs. Wasn't happy

Good cheap motel

The hotel is very outdated and basic. Room was manageable however the sheets had stains. Ink to be more specific. The bathtub/shower had severe cracks and poor water pressure. The AC is cold though. Worked well and the people at the front desk were nice enough.

Lesa & Holly are wonderful! They take great care of their customers! Room was adequate for what I needed.

It was good and the staff was nice...but there was mold growing behind the bed and on the ceiling, there was also a lot of strange people who hung out around the building and they don't have breakfast

Juan at the front desk was superior in helping me come up with a solution to an unforeseen problem. Much appreciated. Everything else was average; nothing exceptionally good or bad.

Roaches and scammed me out of 500$ don’t stay here wouldn’t give me my refund and refused to put me in a better room
