The shower was cold complained issue never revolved, also there were roaches I killed three and dead carcasses on the walls from others killing roaches and the linen was dirty with hair Cleanliness

I reserved my room more than three weeks in advance. The trip was to watch my son graduate from basic training into the United States Air Force. The direction key I was given was to a room already assigned to someone else. The second key I was given was to a room with roaches, no remote for tv, black mold growing on the bed skirt of one of the beds and black mold visible growing up the wall behind the toilet. Next I was given two more keys and told to choose which room I wanted out of the next two rooms. The third room appeared clean but smelled with a strong odor of mold so I left and went to the fourth room. The fourth room was the best out of all the ones i had to drag my bags in and out of but there were still issues. The floors were filthy and i had to use the one snd only towel tgat was in the room to mop the floor with. They advertised cable but there was only digital in the room i ended up with. There were never any clean towels until i threatened to give a horrible review which I’m doing anyway because this roach hotel sucks and i font want any other military families to have to go through what i went through. Stay Away!!!! To make it even worse there were drug addicts and what appeared to be prostitutes walking the property day and night. Some strange woman almost found out the hard way when she knocked on my door at 4am in morning. Nothing was offered to accommodate my inconvenience even thiugh im disabked and had to take a 2nd floor room & i reserved first floor

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall stay was pleasant and relaxing.

Due to the way the room was, filthy blanket and floor, etc.., I didn't want to eat the breakfast. The location was fine. Not far from the military base. Make sure the room is clean. Clean blanket, sheets, towels and floors. I asked for clean blankets and sheets and received them but they never picked up the dirty ones. The dirty blanket and sheets remained in the room the entire time of our stay. I asked for them to be picked up and requested clean towels and received pool towels instead. I will not go back.

This was the best available stay we found right across somewhat literally walking distance from Lackland Air Force Base. We went up as a family got two rooms what I really love the rooms had king size beds, which is rare refrigerator and it was the coldest AC. I’ve ever experienced it was perfect but just too darn cold. I hate to complain about the AC, but I’ve never literally frozen in a hotel before so I had to go to the staff and he gave us winter blanket, which was a relief it was rainy, which cooled down everything for the events and the pool was green, but it was cleaned out immediately. Breakfast was available. Also this was a great stay in local area close to everything right in the circle the loop as they call it I would recommend it and I did recommend it great price and the beds were great. That’s all we needed the room for actually was a great bed and a great day. Our rooms was right outside of the walkway which kind of brought in a lot of dust, so there was no carpet and you can literally feel like sand whatever on your feet. But other than that, that would definitely be my go to hotel if we don’t stay downtown in the Alamo area, but it’s still close to everything and I think the comfort of the room and that AC would be the reason I would come back.

My family and I reserved this hotel for my son's military graduation. The room was very dirty, for example, the sheets, blankets, towels, pillows, pillow case, tub, floors were dirty and dust all around the furniture. The chair in the room was broken. When I sat on it, I almost fell. When I went to the desk, a guy who was at the customer service desk told me to bring it to him. The TV was broken, I called the front desk several times about it, maintenance did not show up until my departure. Also, there were roaches in the room crawling around. However, the staff communicated well, but not up to standard. The mattress was also comfortable. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel.

The room was clean, and looked so beautiful when we walked in. The blanket were so soft and everything was beyond my expectation.

The beds were comfortable and the bedding was nice. The staff was very friendly. The shower only had very hot water. No matter how much you turned the knob it was only hot. The Fridge only had one setting that froze everything. The floors were dirty. The Air Conditioner didn't work very well either. It was set on the lowest setting and it was still humid and warm in the room.

However, our room was not very clean. It had tile flooring and it was filthy dirty. Our socks and bare feet were black after walking on it. Also, the towels, washcloths, hand towels and bedding were visibly stained. I don't think I would stay there again.

I liked that the hotel was close to Lackland Air Force Base which was very convenient. However, the cleanness needs attention, specially I also could not enjoy breakfast because there were not scramble eggs available, potatoes potatoes taste awful and I only have a waffle breakfasts. Beverages are fine. The pictures was not realistic, and did not match the actual condition of the property, which was disappointing when you arrived.
