Our room wasn't clean and the front desk wouldn't help us because management wasn't available so we cancelled our reservation. Now they are not refunding our money.

We were given a room that wasnt clean when we arrived, we had people knocking on our door and window at 130 in the morning, Talking about shooting.. went to use the room phone to call office and low and behold THE PHONE WASNT working! No house keeping what so ever, you have to chase them down to get anything then apparently we were told by front desk when we asked about housekeeping you have to ask for it and you have to give a total to get a towel.

The ac did not work and there was no cold water. The ac and the face there was no cold water

Updated rooms. Toilet didnt work told staff many times.

The room was nice looking. The room didn't get that cold at night. The linens didn't look the cleanest stained maybe? They didn't smell dirty.... But, not freshly cleaned either. Most of staff was nice. The ice machine was out of order. We ate break the first morning and i ended up getting sick.

Ron has been updated nice, the breakfast area was a little small

My room on the bed sheets had mold i have pictures then they switch me to another room that one had mold in the restroom ceiling as well and when they switch me i guess the person forgot to updated in the computer someone tried to open our door at 2am it was so scary but that motel is dirty

Nothing Beds are so dirty and that’s so nasty

Coffee and hot oatmeal The size, tiny restroom, poor lighting, only large freezer and no refrigerator, no phone in room, no closet, door to restroom was not leveled so door wouldn’t shut, one tiny trash can, sticky floor, comforters were thin as the flat sheet, unfriendly and not courteous front clerk; didn’t tell us they had breakfast which the fruit looked old anyway the second morning and the milk in the fridge was not cold, no ice maker she said we could go to the near by store to buy ice like other people do. We needed clean towels the second night so she said to ask the cleaning lady if we saw her out there.

On our way out the door I stopped by the office and listed our issues when we got back later we found that nothing was done and still no TV. We had the worst experience ever.
