Days Inn By Wyndham San Antonio Near Lackland Afb

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. No complaints about the room or service.

With this being a Wyndham property I was so surprised to see roaches in the room

The property has roaches. I saw a baby roach in the washroom and 2 adults on the floor by the bed and refrigerator.

Lots of parking Wifi wouldn’t stay connected so couldn’t work. Fridge was leaking

The room was clean. The bed was comfy. They need new towels. They are stained. the property looks so dirty, the pool (I was not planning to use it) but the water seems that it hasn't been change for a long time, plus since the day I got there, there was like a large garbage pile inside the pool, 3 days later, and the same garbage was inside the pool.

The room did not look like it was cleaned before we got there. There were dead roaches on the floor in different areas of the room. One of the bath towels looked as if it had been washed but had a big stain on it that was very noticeable and make the towel look dirty. The bedding had a brown stain on it. The guest right above us kept me up most of the night and sounded as if they were playing basketball in the room. The room seemed to be smaller than what I imagined. The milk from breakfast was spoiled.

The rooms were not clean. It looked like the bare minimum was done to make the room appear clean. There was debris on the floors - bugs, dust, safety pin, remote, etc. The bathroom had hair and soap from stays prior to mine. There was mold. Smell. Etc.

La atención fue muy buena, pero las toallas olían mal y se veían manchadas, te recomiendo llevar tus propias toallas, el piso se veía limpio pero estaba pegajoso, y en la mañana nos intentaron abrir la puerta, lo bueno es que le habíamos puesto el seguro, del resto todo bien

All the pipes were clogged up bathroom shower and sink water took forever to go down. As well as bed sheets were not cleaned and saw roaches

Good service from front office when the remote did not work to the TV. Pool was dirty, room needs refurbishing, location safety an issue.

Nice clean and quiet place. They need to better organize the breakfast area when it's holiday. Some people think is only for them .
