Best Western Plus Lackland Hotel & Suites

Kind & courteous staff. Locations to LAFB

Location was great. It was close to everywhere we had to be. When we arrived the desk staff was unhappy, short with us, rude. We asked what time bar opened she shook her head and said they were short staffed so don’t expect it to open. Our room 112 had mold growing in the wall pictures and shower leaked the whole stay

I love the ambiance, the place is well kept, modern and the breakfast was hot and lovely. And there was tea/juice available right through out the day(24hrs). It's very close to the Airforce Base(8mins) with Uber pricing like $10-$20. Stores were in close proximity (10-20mins) away. I recommend. Nothing at the time of my stay.

The location was the best The room had a misty smell to it.

🙌

Just bad experience here.

At first glance, the hotel appears to have been nicely renovated, but upon closer inspection, its age and condition are much more apparent. The bathtub looked like it had been painted over, and the coating was already peeling. There was also a hole in the bathroom side paneling that appeared to be from either water damage or possibly a pest. AC worked well. Breakfast was decent.

Staff was super nice and very helpful in guiding me for event I was there for. Best driving route to take. Breakfast food was good and warm, room was clean and very spacious. Only 1 elevator so end of hall was a distance with luggage but not a big issue

The staff was extremely helpful. The room was good, but the shower needed attention.

The breakfast and location was great. The room was outdated. It had a pugnacious scent that did not agree with my nostril. The hot water only got warm. Twice the key card didn't work properly. Most the workout equipment was inoperable. I explained everything in previous statement.

Breakfast The TV remote did not work, plus I was limited to watching movies on Spectrum. You should give guests the ability to use their own Netflix or other subscription accounts.

The staff were so helpful and the room was up to par!

La habitaciones no están remodeladas. Estaba limpia. Desayuno bueno y personal atento.

Near Larkland base Quiet place

No curtains, parking lot light glared in room right at the bed like sum glowing in our eyes

Location was quiiet Front desk was rude, wall pealing in rest room, room smelled, there was a roach on the wall

Front desk was rude, wall pealing in rest room, room smelled, there was a roach on the wall

Property need to be more updated outside and inside rooms needs to be more clean around beds and restrooms a lot of dust

Room wasn’t very clean, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, the refrigerator didn’t get cold and leaked water, the iron was not clean and ruined a white shirt. Given different room but it wasn’t clean. Food had been left in fridge. Some lights didn’t work.
