La Quinta Inn by Wyndham San Antonio Lackland

Very good

Location to air force base. Dirty, run down, couldn't get cups for coffee in room, used one cup for all three days. Falling apart by day three. No hot water for shower, plus it did not drain properly. Water was luke warm at best. In a very run down area, thought we'd have issues at night, but thankfully, did not.Very disappointing for La Quinta. Im a La Quinta fan but really disappointed by this one.

Location Very poorly mail. Entrance door warped at least 2 inches

Place was a dump. Wifi barely worked. Bought a soda from vending machine.. it came out as hot as a cup of coffee. Some random metal mount in bathroom nearly slice my hand open reaching for light switch. Staff warned me not to flip the switch near the door because it would kill the power to my entire room.

The location was great! It was as cleans and some of the walls especially the restroom wall one had paint and wall chilling off

Passable

Passable

Was close to where I needed to be Needs to be maintained

nothing

Close to the military base The room was moldy, not clean, it smelled

no smoke detector, broken bathroom and closet doors, broken toilet seat and peeling paint. They switched rooms and the next one I had to tighten the toilet seat bolts, Shower had mold in the grout lines The wifi was horrible.

Good

Not a single thing was good about this hotel The hotel looked like it should be shut down, huge pot holes in parking lot doors all looked like they have been kicked in fence around pool falling apart tub and bathroom floor extremely dirty just all around bad!!!!
