The most disgusting hotel

The beds was dirty, bad location, didn't feel comfortable.

The pool section is nice but it wasn’t working A lot of people walking around the property and through the hallways. My bedsheets had old blood stains. Some from period and some from who knows what.

Easy parking.Room was clean. We reserved a room with a king bed but we were given a room with 2 full size beds. Receptionist was not friendly, no coffee either morning.

Double book never redeemed Can I get reading after I had insurance from super.com twice in a row double booked two nights so basically paid for four rooms for the same night twice each night but twice because y'all couldn't communicate with Super and sending one email professionally stating that you agreed with the refund since we paid again twice on the stage for two nights paid for four and the nights we double booked was on the same nights obviously

Too dirty, too noisy, staff is not helpful

Swimming pool The room had a smell like cigaret, no towels in the bathroom or in the office, it was a no smoke area and there was a lot of cigarets on the floor. We never got room service to clean our room or provide us with extra stuff. Anyone would be entering into the back patio or pool area without being a client.There was unhouse people wondering around and inside of the hotel.

Before we got to our room we witnessed a drug deal. We couldn’t stay in such a high crime area. Also we were somehow double booked and were charged for both bookings. We had to leave and find another hotel. By the way, Expedia refused to refund us even for the double booking. Never using Expedia again and absolutely never considering Extended Stay for future bookings

My first motel booking was an issue so I stayed here as a last resort. Staff was helpful. AC worked fine, shower was hot. First room i was put in had water on the floor. Moved to another unit. Stay away from the back of the property if you can, the freight train is right at the fence. Its loud and vibrates the floor. Hopefully they don't blow the horn at night but sometimes they do. Trash accumulation in the bins outside the property, please empty the trash! The shower curtain was paper thin and stuck to me while I showered. Needed to retrieve toilet paper. Toilet did not flush too well, this is why there was a plunger next to it. Met two baby cockroaches; one per day. Drug deal next door, car lights direct to the room, 3:44am on a Tuesday, not sure those folks slept until after 6am. Lots of transients in the area, folks hanging around. There are people down on their luck living here. Whatever chemicals are used to clean the rooms were strong enough that everything I brought home carried the odd scent. Bath towel strong scent of Indian spices/curry. I needed to conserve money for my stay so that is how I ended up here. I could not wait to check out, it is what it is.
