Need standard size pillows, not the little euro pillows. After a long day of traveling, getting ready to get some rest and put your head down a little teeny pillow that rolls off

I liked the king suite. It was very spacious. I liked that the bathroom was separate from the tub. The breakfast wasn't bad at all. It did have a weird smell when I first walked in, and the floor wasn't vacuumed. The bed is a bit too firm.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and very nice. All the staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaints were the bed was too firm and I was really disappointed with the indoor pool. The room felt like a sauna and the water was pretty warm.

This was a really NICE hotel. Very clean and smelled really good when you walked in. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was good, and the coffee nice and fresh. I will most definitely stay here again when I am in San Antonio next time.

So when I get there... The person that checked me in smirked this comment at me: "we made many accommodations for you how many more do you need". And I get it, and I appreciate that you accommodated me with what you did but this is a hotel... And I would think as part of CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU WOULD WANT TO GO ABOVE BEYOND NO MATTER WHAT AND NO MATTER HOW MUCH!!! But I guess that's just me... Also everything was awesome but the breakfast was kinda crappy... And the milk was spoiled... I expected more !!

Clean and comfortable room. Safe, well lite parking. Courteous staff. Good breakfast selection. My go-to stay in SA. 😊
