Holiday Inn Express & Suites San Antonio NW near SeaWorld by IHG

Clean overall. Room set up nicely and cool when we arrived. Accepted service pets so we were able to take ours to SA from Corpus. Very convenient drive from fast Eddie’s

Exceptional

Clean and comfortable

Location Limited parking, rust in shower, no hot water, poor air conditioning, strong urine smell in hallways

Very good

Restroom smelled like urine and cleaned by dirty products. The toilet had feces in the bowl. It was not cleaned prior to visit. The beds were the only decent thing that seemed clean.

Our stay was excellent. The rooms were so clean, and they smell so good. The staff waited on us, and extremely helpful. The best part of o our stay was that for the first time we got a room on the First Floor.

It was hot in the hallways, washer and dryers didn’t work very good. They don’t bring you fresh towels you have to go down to get them, the breakfast was okay but the juice machine didn’t work so my kids didn’t have anything to drink

Exceptional

We had no a/c complained about it and was told sorry nothing they could do. I have pictures that prove they knew there was a problem cause the wires were all hanging out of the bottom of the unit! Not only is this dangerous but unethical to rent a room that has no air when it is 100 degrees outside! Then the toilet would not flush took three times to get a small amount of tp down! The room was faulty towels were dirty! Worst hotel ever and I want a complete refund or I will be disputing my cc! I asked for a manger to call me yesterday and got crickets! Filthy dirty room with no A/C

The floor was soaking wet carpet , smelled from a leaking fridge. Water went cold when in the shower and leaked all over the bathroom floor, dirty rusting spot everywhere and dirty floors , over all very disgusting.

I would stay here again. About a 15 min drive to the airforce base.

Enjoyed the toiletries they had on hand that didn't cost us.

The cleaners the restroom and room is very dirty

The front desk staff was rude at check-in and couldn't be bothered to help answer questions or provide what my family of 6 needed for our stay that was not stocked in the room - pillows for 6 people, towels for 6 people, bedding for the pull out, etc. The breakfast was sub par, many items were empty and not replenished. No milk for cereal or coffee. The pull out sofa bed was AWFUL, and my kids couldn't sleep on it. The room felt dirty and the bathroom desperately needed a REALLY deep scrub. Overall, we were very dissatisfied with the cleanliness, staff and property.

My room had to be changed 3 times the first room was full of mold had a mildew smell that was overpowering , the 2nd room had also a strong mildew smell , i stayed for 3 nights and had to keep asking the front desk for towels the cleaning staff did not attempt to bring fresh Linens after i asked personally for the room to be cleaned and fresh linens given .finally on my last day the room was clean and has a fresh smell .
