La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Antonio Northwest

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was varied, and overall it was a pleasant stay.

Good breakfast and liked 24 hour coffee availability. Housekeeping people were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed taking dip in swimming pool. Good parking felt safe. Difficult to get out of parking area onto road, too much traffic during rush hour. The workout room equipment needed cleaning, pieces missing.

Room wasy comfortable and decent for my dog. The shower nob shifted in it's housing and you can hear everything from the freeway.

Everything was hot and Tasteful

The room was very clean and big -but not comfortable- there was no warmth to the room. Laminate floors everywhere, and the lights were so bright they felt like spot lights- no way to have just a small light on when you’re winding down in the evening- the room was either pitch black or bright as the sun. If you like that it’s fine, but we like a little more coziness. The bed was not comfortable at all. Both of us had trouble sleeping (for 3 nights). The thoughtful check in person put us at the end of the hall so it was quiet. The bathroom was good size, but the water pressure was lacking so never got a good shower. We never got a chance to see or try the breakfast as it was over before we were ready to be in public- so we have no idea how it was. My husband did get coffee each morning and said it was ok. The location was great for what we needed, and while the parking lot is shaped funny, there was plenty of parking. The price was great, and that was one of the reasons we picked it. We knew we were only going to be there to sleep and shower. For us it didn’t work out as well as planned because the bed and shower were not great. The staff is friendly and helpful, and we felt welcome.

Very nice we enjoyed our stay.

Room was very clean, spacious, and quiet. The breakfast was mid but better than most places. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there even though it was short. Highly recommended if you need a room for a quick trip.

No wifi was available in room. Also the TV was outdated, no smart tv options available, just basic cable channels.

Lo que no me gusto cuando llegue la recepcionista me dijo que yo no había pedido una suite y yo le dije que si hasta la foto se la enseñe y me dijo que solo era dos camas si yo e sabido que eso hiba a pasar no la hubiera rentado y luego no tenía acondicionador ni jabón para el cuerpo le avisé y me dijeron no había nadie para llevarme las cosas me disguste tanto que esto estuviera pasando cundo yo pagué mucho dinero por la renta del cuarto ese servicio no se vale por lo que pagué y aparte para que me diga que no ay quien lo lleve que esperara alguien que entrara a las 9 am estoy muy disgustada por tan mal servicio le dije que quería mi descuento
