InTown Suites Extended Stay San Antonio TX - Perrin Beitel Road

Its small but comfortable. Very good for a budget. Everything is clean. Im very satisfied with everything.

Location was ok. Limited office hours. Our flight arrived after 7. Office closed at 7. Room smelled of smoke. Not as clean as we prefer. We were able to cancel after first day and went elsewhere.

Great stay, staff were extremely helpful had issues with the noise level with people above me, but as far as hotel quality all around was a good experience. Will definitely be staying again

Room was decent very outdated but good for the price . housekeeping was only on wednesdays , but they let me borrow the vacuum when needed . no new towels .. we had to wash the ones we had & buy our own toilet paper which was ok but most places provided , overall was very quiet .

Requested cancellation as couldn’t stay in property as it was so dirty, nothing as pictured. Old cabinets, rusty shower and bad smell Surroundings didn’t look safe either Didn’t like everything

Clean, peaceful, close to work. Wonderful staff. I felt safe and relaxed. I couldn't stay longer.

I was harassed by the hotel management and the staff several intrusions into my stay where they were claiming to do certain checks as far as changing tvs that were never changed The cabinet doors fell off the wall they have cockroaches amongst the many other things All in all I would never recommend this hotel

The property is nice and small. It was relatively quiet during my stay

They didn't have breakfast, the location was good... That you had to buy all your own supplies,like toilet paper, soap and wash the towels and wash cloths...

Nothing Everything

Mrs. Linda, the housekeeper Ms. Fritzy, and the other front desk gentleman and maintenance where friendly, professional and helpful. There was nothing I didn't like.

The front desk Mgr Valerie Edwards was awesome, very professional & caring. Plus Nicholas was very helpful: I once didn't get my new door keys & went into the office & got me new ones right away. However the roach problem (little ones after the first pest control spraying) became a problem for me. I was due to stay there longer and didn't want a roach infestation (little ones) to go home with me when the repairs finished & I could go home so my insurance company placed me elsewhere. Ms. Edwards did her best to get the roaches under control but once they inhabit a place, roaches are hard to get rid of them.
