Rude and dirty and they have no customer service

There was a dead cockroach in the closet when i walked in. I also noticed the security lock wasn’t properly secured, and there was no microwave for the kitchenette. I booked a non-smoking room, and it still smelled like someone smoked in there prior. Bathroom door was also held together with packaging tape. I would definitely spend the extra money to NOT stay at this place next time i’m in San Antonio. You can also hear all the traffic, and the other tenets slamming the door. Stay t your own risk!

Dawn was awesome and made check in simple and felt so welcoming! The stay was great and I know if I ever need to go back this is an easy spot to stay! Thank you!

We lost (stolen) personal belongings when going out for dinner

Rundown motel needs to be cleaned better sheets replaced also dead roaches and bugs under bed alot of ciggarette butts everywhere outside hotel ..not the cleanest or better looking hotels but will do to sleep and rest

Property management not accommodating to concerns, nor responsive to disputes. Look elsewhere.

I didn’t like one single thing about property! Room is disguising Dirty , no hot water, smells disgusting! Staff seemed all unprofessional, lobby stinks !

The property was heavily contaminated with mold and blood, and Band-Aids everywhere

As soon as we checked in and entered our room, my wife immediately noticed how dirty the room was. The kitchenette and bathroom were visibly unclean, the bed sheets were stained, and there was a strong cigarette/smoking odor throughout the room. At first, I thought my wife might have been overreacting about the cleanliness\. Unfortunately, the cleanliness turned out to be the least of our concerns\. We left the hotel for a while and returned around midnight. When we came back, we discovered small cockroaches throughout the room. By that time, the office was closed, so there was no one available to speak with and no opportunity to request another room\. At that point, we did not feel comfortable sleeping in the room, so we had to sleep in our car for the night. The only facilities we used were the bathroom, which we did not shower in, and the refrigerator to keep some food that was already sealed in packages. The following morning, around 8:00am the office was still closed. A woman who identified herself as the manager eventually came out after approximately 10 minutes. Another guest was also waiting because someone in her family had apparently had an accident in their room. The manager appeared to be in a rush to deal with that situation and did not give me an opportunity to explain what had happened. She simply asked which room we had stayed in and left.
