It smelled horrible, it seemed like people were actually living out of the hotel rooms. There were people screaming and yelling at night dogs barking. My family and I weren’t able to get a good nights rest

The Expedia listing the reality is a a hell and heaven different. It’s full of homeless people, most probably a shelter for homeless people. The garage was full of damaged cars. I was constantly worried of a breaking of my car. Luckily it did not happen. How ever the visuals of the compound is disturbing. Loud music from some resident. Bad front desk people. The day I arrived there was an outage and there is no power backup. I saw random and suspicious people all around. May be it’s a homeless shelter, however I did not see a disclaimer for that on the Expedia listing

Front desk ladies were friendly The property was disgusting, dirty, TV didn't work and overall looked like a druggy hotel and felt extremely unsafe.

Great lication and price. But it’s seen better days. The room was dirty. Walls were dirty. There were no amenities. The shampoo/conditioner bottles were there but empty. There was no hand soap in the room. A wood panel came off the floor and exposed a nail. Good thing no one stepped on it. Staff and lobby were the only nice thing about this location.

Easy check in Well where should I start....the location is hidden. It's located on a street with many residential apartment buildings. The entrance is located where the street curves. There are bushes covering the entrance so I passed it the first time we arrived. The parking lot alone was sketchy. Lots of people hanging around in their cars playing music and partying. It looked like someone was always fixing their car. This just reminded me of very "tweaky" behavior. The elevator smelled and sounded like it was ready to break down. Room was located on the second floor. Getting out of the elevator you go into a hallway that's stuffy and dirty. Someone was smoking while there's clearly signs posted that say no smoking. The room seemed ok at first. The door looked like it was broken into before and did not close right. You can see the light coming through towards the bottom of the door. I paid for a room with a kitchenette. The counters were super dirty. The exhaust fan above stove had a screen that looked like it was never cleaned! There was no utensils, glassware or pans to cook in. I paid for all these empty cabinets and drawers. Bought a pan, spatula, plates, cups, sponges dish soap. If these things are not provided, it should state that on the room's details. Every room I have rented with a kitchenette had all these items available, if not what's the point of paying extra? Anyway, the bathroom had shampoo available to wash your hands, so I had to buy hand soap. Fan in restroom did not work. Was provided 1 set of towels. And when I asked for more, maid said they didn't have any right now. She kinda laughed about it. What!? They are cleaning rooms and don't have any clean towels available? Never had I heard this before! She eventually brought some more towels later that day. The air conditioning never cooled off the whole room even at 60 degrees. It was hot and muggy the first couple days when we were there.

Worse condition hotel and room I've stayed in in years. Absolutely filthy. Garage smells like urine, seems like there may be some people living in their car in the parking lot. Furniture was almost all broken or seriously damaged. Dishwasher wasn't even pushed into it's spot. Coffee maker leaked water all over everything so couldn't be used. Roaches in the bathroom. Beds were surprisingly clean and fairly comfortable so at least there was that......

They didn’t fix the clogged toilet since the beginning of our check in and when I came back at night for the plunger they said there was only one and it’s being used so I didn’t get to flush the toilet and everything smelled. Staff stemmed careless

The air conditioning was good The room was not clean the sheets were stained and had hair in them all they did was pull the cover up also the toilet was dirty I believe it was was room 308. I called the front desk and was moved to room 201 this room smelled and looked clean the only problem was when we showered the entire bathroom floor was flooded

The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. They accommodated my request to change rooms when the one assigned had bugs and was very dirty. The room was ok but not clean at all. That could have been better. The room was dirty and had gnats flying all over. The adjoining room door did not seal well and smoke was leaking in our room from the other room. The bathroom had a really old tub and it looked unclean.

This was the worst hotel I stayed ever. First when I booked this hotel was because of the price and it was very close to the University that was son going to attend the upcoming school year. There was good and bad reviews when I did my research but I never expected the conditions the hotel had until we got there. We notice a few homeless Check in was fairly good because the lobby was clean. If fact, we were staying there because it was move in day at the university.
