Poor food service

The property was well maintained. However, the food service was poor. The wait staff forgot us on multiple occasions and never brought our complete order. During dinner they forgot my wife’s plate. While at the bar we waited for over 40 minutes before leaving because no one took our order. You’d think paying over 500 per night would equate to exceptional service. This was not the case. Who ever is the manager dropped the ball. Others were complaining as well.

I like everything about this hotel

Loved the staff! Everyone from valet, people that brought luggage to your room, check in staff, people who work in the restaurants and bar were extremely helpful and friendly!

The staff here are very friendly and makes your stay enjoyable. We will definitely be back! Tony

Everything was fantastic, this was one of the nicest stays I have ever had.

I recommend it. I had a very good experience.

Beautiful grounds, nice pool and amazing ocean views. Room was decent. Same as you would get in any nice hotel. Only issues were in room dining and the coffee store. Food was horrible. We sent back everything we ordered. You could easily tell it had been sitting for a bit before it was picked up.

I wasn’t able to use my reservation due to a medical issue and I had asked that they forward the date and they would accept and I lost $500.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are awesome. Celebrating 39 yr Anniversary over the weekend. We found beautiful flowers in our room with a bottle of chill champagne and dessert. Thank you so much.

Not as good as I expected. Walkable to the beach was the best part.

We did experience an uncomfortable situation in the pool earlier when a few children and a grown up told my husband and daughter that if they didn't speak English they should get out the pool. They decided to go to another pool but other than that our stay has been amazing

One complaint is the Muzak throughout the entire property. At breakfast, in the lobby, at the pool. So loud that I couldn't have a conversation at breakfast. Pool area music came blasting on at 6am for 15 minutes, then someone noticed. Then was on until 10pm. They did turn it down when I asked one night. But, I just don't get it, ruined the vibe of an otherwise very classy place.
