Very poor communication and poor customer service. Won't recommend it again!

Great resort amazing pools and 5 different restaurants

What really stood out to us was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and they made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The pools, restaurants, and overall atmosphere were great, and our family truly enjoyed our time here. We came to celebrate a special family occasion, and the hotel made it even more memorable. We would definitely love to come back again and would happily recommend this resort to other families.

My family and I stayed there for Labor Day weekend and the hotel itself was not packed. We were able to check-in early. The public areas and the room were pristine. My only issue was the water park, overcrowded and basically dirty.

The pools are fun and relaxing. Not too many people at one time.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, everything was clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I took our three toddlers. The hotel was amazing and the kids had a blast! Although we wished they had a pizza place or something quick to offer, instead of just a restaurant or marketplace. We had to get outside food. Which wasn’t too bad, because it wasn’t too far from the hotel. But would have been nice to have something that was available late in the hotel. Since the kitchen at the pool area ends at 7.

The property was amazing, the food was excellent although on the expensive side. The pool area / water park is amazing with lots of seating. The rooms were nice, modern and clean. The place is a bit isolated and cell service was not great. The hotel does offer WiFi

This place is an absolute kids heaven! The water activities and hotel activities by the pool were amazing and my kids had the best time! I have a 10 year old and twin 8 year olds. They had the best time and were so busy running between the water activities and hotel activities. Can’t wait to go back!
