Hercor Hotel - Urban Boutique

The room was so small and had no mini fridge. The bathroom opened up directly to the bed. The AC didn’t work right. The beds were terrible and they wouldn’t provide extra pillows. Was not worth the price at all

Nice Breakfast, and a modern facilities

This was a great experience overall. The staff were nice and very hospitable. Any questions my boyfriend and I had or accommodations, they would be happy to help. We felt safe and comfortable staying here. We enjoyed how close we were to downtown SD, the beach, and food places. Parking is included and super easy. Overall we recommend staying here for anyone wanting to have a nice, relaxing experience!

Modern updated room, room is small, bathroom is huge. They could made the room larger by making bathroom smaller. Was on a main road, couldnt sleep, lots of noise. They had informed me i was VIP, free breakfast, but i never tried it. Decent stay, close to alot

Location. price. Comfort. Sink had low water pressure

The hotel wasn’t horrible, I’d give it a 2.5-3/5. The staff was helpful! There is no breakfast or even being gold with Expedia, there wasn’t many perks that could be used. I had to pay a $100 deposit for a mini fridge that did not work. The lamps in the room seem to be coming off and there were loose cables. The staff was once again helpful, it smelled clean and they changed our sheets which is a plus. No microwave in the rooms, no iron or ironing board but does have a hair dryer. The bathroom situation can also be uncomfortable, the toilet has a shower curtain you can pull as “privacy”.

We were celebrating our anniversary & a birthday and she was so awesome !!! the hotel was clean and well maintained. the only star i took off was the bathroom, it could have been cleaned a little bit more but everything else was so amazing!! we will definitely be back.

Good place to stay. However… the actual location to an unsuspecting person will be off putting. The area is known for seedy individuals and the 7-eleven next door has been robbed a lot in the past. None the less the property is clean, well kept/maintained, staff 9-10 (had to wait a bit to check out) staff was solo, doing morning routine stuff. Overall I’d give this establishment a cool 7-10 only because of location

Mattress was a little lumpy but overall experience was excellent.

Very friendly and accomodating staff

Rooms are tiny - ours had a king size bed and had very little space around the bed to move around the room. The room looked as the photos on the website, just creative angles from who ever took the photos.

The property was clean the are around was not the best. Real noisy.

Location - many restaurants close by

Convenient location, decently near enough the Convention Center. I loved the breakfast. I didn’t expect that a small botique hotel would have a good breakfast.
