There's no breakfast!!! The room floor was very dirty. In the website it's says breakfast included, but it's was not. The staff said they stopped serving breakfast a year ago. Then why is it still in the offer? That's why we chose this place. For breakfast! But it's a disaster. They didn't offer alternative(like discount) for false advertisement. Will definitely comment on yelp and google about this place

I like that it was very spacious and there was a door to a separate room, which provided privacy. Didn’t like the location, this is not a family friendly place. The area felt unsafe, we only stayed one night and in 2 occasions as we were unloading we saw what looked like strippers. Also a few guys downstairs partying, and the elevator smelled like cigarettes smoke. You could hear the ambulance/police sirens a few times through the night. Although spacious and good price, I would not stay here if you are brining along your family.

When the hotel was booked, we were being advertised free breakfast, only to wake up the first night there and find there was none as they got rid of it. Our door kept getting stuck and we kept having to go ask for assistance. Our toilet would not properly flush. There was mold in the plugs in the room and the room was extremely humid to the point where things like our clothing and floors were damp. They deactivated our keys randomly the night before checkout and the staff member was acting irritated that I came to get the key reactivated.

False advertisement and rude staff and unclean rooms

**Very disappointing stay.** The housekeeping was far below acceptable standards. The day after check-in, my room was not properly cleaned, toiletries were not replenished, and fresh towels were not provided. After calling the front desk, housekeeping still failed to empty all the trash cans, refresh the bed, or even pick up the wet towels left on the floor. These are basic expectations at any hotel. Unfortunately, the poor housekeeping significantly impacted my stay, and I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

My room had no hot water, had to shower with cold water.

Forgot newly purchased jackets in the room called hotel the next day after checkout to ask if the maid found our jackets she denied seeing any jackets in the room. We are positive the jackets were in the room. So sad up to this stay we really enjoyed staying at this Hotel

Friendly staff, easy check in. Outside doesn’t look like the best but inside the room is brand new, very, very clean.
