Very quiet, clean air-conditioning very convenient to check in check up in the morning stuff was very kind.

Easy access to all. Freeway, great mall and lots of options to eat and walk around.

When my daughter and I arrived and opened the door to the room, we were met by a lot of roaches. The bathroom had a strong smell of mold. It was very late when we checked in, I was only staying a day because my daughter was deploying, so I did not change rooms , but I did make the front desk aware.

The room was clean the only thing is the hand soap was empty, the staff was nice but I think you should have plastic utensils on site.

Location wise is great everything is 5minutes away. Secure parking lot location almost full every night but expected being California almost no parking around. Rooms where fairly clean but weed and smoke smell everywhere got to a point that we had to request to the cleaning ladies something to cover the smell we where handle a “smoke odor eliminator” so they know is an issue despite the no smoke signs. For the price that we pay I guess is fine but won’t recommend is only for sleeping and no more.

3/5 because iron and coffee maker were missing, and parking lot was full.

The amount of activity made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe during our stay. I attempted to report my concerns through the appropriate hotline afterward, but unfortunately that process was not helpful. Regardless, guests considering this property should be aware of what we personally observed during our stay.

I will definitely never book a room here again; the maintenance and the area are just horrible and disgusting.

Our room had food crumbs through out. Had a buy wipes to wipe off food reside off furniture

There was no breakfast provided. We were deceived by that, that was one of the reasons we booked there. Because of the free breakfast, but once we showed up, staff stated there was no free breakfast. We demand a reasonable compensation for that.

Clean room and Good Desk Clerks The tight Parking Stalls..

Nothing Door kept sticking, very hard to open, key card kept deactivating for no reason, room was no smoking, neighbors were extremely loud, beds were very uncomfortable.

Room was spacious and bed was clean, shower was okay clean wise and water pressure was low but did the job. Room came with fridge microwave and cook top all worked well. Relatively quiet area for the most part. Would stay again

The staff was very nice the first room that was assigned to me wreaked of cannabis. Very badly. I asked the front desk if I could be moved to a different room and they immediately agreed. I was assigned a different room. The room was very clean old furniture but clean. Microwave didnt work and neither did the TV. TV kept freezing and I was not able to watch. Early in the morning there was a towing truck that took one of the cars and the loud alarm woke everyone up around 6:30 am. The door to my room was very hard to open. The tissue box had only one tissue in it. You would think they would replace bewhen thw roo. Was cleaned. And then it would t latch to close. The place is clean and accessible it just needs some loving and maybe some new paint and furniture.I also wish they would have longer hours for the pool at least for adults. The weather was horribly hot and I couldn't use thw pool since it closed at nine and ope. At 9 am

there is clear signs of prostitution and or HT, door handle broken couldn't even get out of room two days in a row. horrible place
