Holiday Inn Express San Diego South - Chula Vista by IHG

We had a wonderful stay! The front desk staff provided great customer service and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Blanca in the breakfast dining room was exceptional! She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on her face. Her warm attitude made every morning even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant!

This stay was very nice, the comfortable and standard IHG stay that I expect.

Great hotel but the area is not the nicest. I would not recommend walking to local restaurants at night.

Overall good stay. Room was very spacious the sleeper sofa was a bit worn out and it squeeked alot not as comfortable. There was 5 of us in a double bed suite with sleeper sofa.

The hotel was very updated and clean. I got a little attitude from the lady at the counter today , but the rest of the staff was very helpful and kind.

The water pressure was pretty low for the shower. Otherwise, it was a great hotel. We stayed 2 nights. Everything was clean. The pool was great and the jacuzzi was hot. I would book again if in the area.

The room was quite spacious for a family of 3. All amenities required for our stay was available. The only demerit was there was no coffee maker available at the room. We had to request them for one, which we did receive immediately. Overall the experience was good.

Staff were great. Breakfast was wonderful. Pool and hot tub were both working. The neighborhood initially seemed a little sketch, but it was fine. The staff do a wonderful job to keep their property free of loitering. I would stay again.

Amazing staff, great breakfast, bathroom was just a little dated (but clean) , bed was nice for sleeping,,, Family friendly

The fridge was full of ice , and it froze all the drinks I put , Ac was too low and the room was too cold , pillows were flat , not enough towels in the room , i struggled to fall asleep and the ac was set on very low temp even after I had the tech come and set it to 75 degrees.
