Our stay was overall good, a clean hotel and helpful staff. My only complaint was location right off a busy road I kept missing the entrance but nothing bad with the hotel in particular. Breakfast was better than I expected and the lady who attended in the morning was great I really enjoyed her super friendly with me.

Breakfast was awesome had alot of great selections which was a big plus for us because we stayed 5 days & 4 nights with 2 kids!...Front desk was very helpful and great, I dealt with 3 different front desk people and they were all pretty helpful. The room did smell a bit old and musty but was pretty clean. The pool is not child friendly, the shallowest part was like 3.5 ft and the pool towels need to be replaced, they feel like cheap automotive rags. The smoking area was right next to the pool which was not good because my kids had no choice but to inhale the smoke smell while they were swimming. Overall the amenities were great, had no complaints about that, the employees were helpful and professional, they just need to upgrade a couple things...🙂

Maria Elena and Ross provide excellent customer service. I love the top of the line coffee machine and they have real creamer packets.

Staff Ross and Maria Elena are fantastic. This is a popular destination because of management, staff. The have available coffee with creamers, real half and half.

The staff were really great and the property was very clean. It is clear the staff took pride in their work and the space. Breakfast was hot and consistent and there were plenty of options. It is a very reasonably priced hotel to stay especially if you aren't planning on spending a lot of time there. Easy to get on the 5 and make your way around san diego

I chose this hotel for very good rate for cleanliness. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable, I was driving all day long and I woke up rested. Perfect breakfast. Free parking. There is pool. And I really liked location.

Short distance from San Diego and beach access. Property is right off Freeway 5. Need a card to enter property provided a safe-feel. Local market walking distance. AC was a bit loud but nothing I couldn't sleep through. Pool was outdoors and refresy.

Terrifying location. We did not realize it was such a bad location we're not familiar with the area definitely do not book if you're just looking for a place to stay during your cruise. My husband was propositioned by a prostitute in the parking lot. Pretty sketchy

The hotel was descent when flushing toilet it was really loud. The shower wall was slimy there was mold on the door frame. The carpet was ripped.

The room was clean and there was great breakfast. The staff were friendly.
