The employees were so helpful. The breakfast was good, the room was clean. Everything was good. The only thing was the jacuzzi, it was super hot other than that everything was great.

Hotel is totally out of date

The breakfast selection and quality compared to the various other Holiday Express we stayed before is subpar. Staff is very friendly. Location is convenient. Many restaurants around.

Breakfast selections were great. Pillows too soft, but that seems to be what all hotels are using these days.

Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The team was attentive, friendly, and kind, and it was obvious they truly cared about the hotel and their guests. The entire place was impeccable, and I felt so welcomed throughout my stay. Thank you for such a wonderful experience—I would happily stay here again!

Breakfast and the mini store were excellent. All staff were outstanding except the closing/night manager on Sunday night Sept 20th, was not the friendliest.

Appreciate the staff very attentive and kind. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Room was very clean with nice AC since the weather was hot.

Excellent hot breakfast with vegetarian options. My son and I used the gym. Great equipment but a bit stuffy and humid

Very clean; easy parking; free parking; comfortable beds; spacious room and bathroom; up to date furnishings. The hallways smelled bad, like a strong cleaning solution. Was not pleasant.

A couple of cons: The parking lot is really in the back since majority of spots in small front lot are for people with holiday inn memberships, so that's tricky. Just makes it feel a little odd since there's no walkway around the building. Staff were super nice and still made checking in positive. Only one elevator and moves super slow so be prepared if staying on higher floors like we did. Also - cleanliness was top notch so this is most likely a rare issue that may be coming from outside the hotel..but we did see a small bug. Hopefully they keep things up and this was a fluke.

Hotel was in good shape and condition. Zero issues throughout our stay there.
