Horrible customer service they got the property manager as a housekeeper and feels like he can talk to guests any way he want

Fix the floor is un even, and feels sinking , walls have holes, bathtub, pillows very ugly, the bathroom flush was giving problems.

Sketch but overall safe place to stay

The bathroom door was broken, it smelled horrible, they gave us another room but no towels, no mirror, very noisy, people with high music, i'll never return

No breakfast. Every room I kept changing had issues… clogged bathroom or sink. Remotes non working, no trashcans inside bathroom or bedroom. An app charged me one price, when paying at location I was charged more! Hotel 6 sucks! Nothing

The ac work. The room was dirty and in the restroom there was boody toilet paper in the toilet so gross!

I had to cancel our stay literally 5 minutes after checking in. I probably shouldn't have even checked in. There were people hanging out all over hotel, smoking and drinking everywhere. Saw some sketchy guys right outside what was supposed to be my room. They handed each other a package and a lighter. I then went into my room. It was not very clean, but the room made my eyes burn afrom the smell of clorox. The bleach was overpowering. But floors weren't swept. Definitely didn't feel safe, especially not while traveling with my young kids and wife

Very convenient location. Across the street from a trolley station. MacDonalds and Arco in the parking lot.

Being inside the room was fine But the activity around the hotel was concerning. Police circled the parking lot through out the night because the amount of drug activity there is at this hotel. I stayed with my young daughter so it was a little concerning however we stuck to ourselves and with that, the room was fine.

AC wasn't fully working. I was only given two small towels. Other than that it was okay.
