Very accesible facility. Few steps to Black Angus, Mc Donalds, Trolley, Market, etc. Nice pool and very good service.

Easy check-in, very pleasant staff at front desk. Rooms are clean, plenty of linen quiet area. Beds are comfortable. Nice place to stay.

What I didn't like was that they put me in a room with my family. I did order a single bed, but it's not like cigarettes. It was dirty on the floor there was needle marks punctured in the cushions. Like syringe mark edmarks, there was a lighter found on the bed. It was not clean prior to us showing up. Cigarette Burns on the tub.It took us a whole night in the next morning.We were compensated to a better room.So I basically lost out on almost a hundred dollars for a night

Was not even able to stay for the reserved day due to lack of hygiene. Working on trying to get my money back.

Very clean room staff was very helpful lost of parking air-conditioning was awesome

They tried to cancel reservation at check in cuz the price was lower that the current daily rate. Had to customer service with expedia and they helped get us checked in..but when we got to our room it smelled like cat pee and bleach like someone tried to cover up murder.

The front desk checkin was fast, the agent was friendly. After that it declined, the room was in disrepair, the bathroom wasnt cleaned, the "people" in the parking lot made staying there uncomfortable, unsafe, and unappealing. My young daughter and I felt like possible targets. We did not stay the full stay. We left after about 3 hours. Long enough to find some food, dissect the neighborhood, and book a different place to stay. It was not a positive experience overall. The property needs a face-lift. The staff I encountered was cool.

The room had pealing, really scratched paint and finishes on the walls, furniture, microwave, fridge, and the tub. The towels and blankets were super thin, old, and cheap. The dresser drawers wouldn't close, they tilted open 5 inches and we had to walk around them. We paid almost $300 on a Saturday at the end of July. It was really odd how poorly maintained this was. You can't open the window to enjoy the fresh air because the noise of the trolly and the street traffic is so loud. We do not recommend.

This was a VERY TERRIBLE place to stay!!!! Got there at 4 PM and room wasn’t ready, as it should’ve been ready at 3PM. My other person with me needed to use a restroom and we had to wait until we got checked in and use it in our room! Had problems checking in, had my ID but said that it was supposed to be a Nicole person, but finally got it straight. The room smelled like bleach, disgusting, no area to put other bags as there was only 1 desk between the two beds. No counter space in the bathroom for our toiletries. No little refrigerator as I had Medicine that needed to be kept cold. No continental breakfast. They never came in to replenish bathroom towels or make the beds. There was a big gap at the bottom of the door and not very sound proof as I could hear people walking by our room and they were pretty loud! I definitely won’t stay there again and I won’t recommend them to anyone!!!!! Should get some kind of refund for ALL the inconveniences we experienced.
