clean room, convenient. We got there pretty late (our flight was delayed so we got there like 2 am) and had to sound a bell on reception but they were helpful, and we got a good night sleep

The breakfast offerings were limited but good. The second day they had run out of items, and we we were there early. Lots of places to eat by the hotel. Easy to locate and close to attractions.

The pool was unavailable, the breakfast was not even breakfast. It was a grab and go type of thing with cheap bread. Parking was ok, there was a McDonald’s on the other side with a lot of homeless. The room was very dirty. The bed sheets were not clean I think they just dusted them and put the same ones on. I was unable to to shower my kids because the water was burning hot. The tub was nasty and chipping away. It was more of a motel and not a hotel. I wish I would have payed the $30 extra and stayed in a nicer place. Please keep your family away from this place.

Complained to the staff roaches were found in our room showed them video proof was unable to give another room but worker advised we leave a review with the issue and to call again when I was already there in person with the complaint.

If you’re okay with staying at 2 stars motels like motel 6 then the place isn’t bad. The area is bad as well. People were hanging out underneath the stairs drinking tall cans at night. The pool and fountain in the photos are gated. Looks shabby in person. I will never trust the reviews on Expedia again. Staff is friendly though. Not their fault the bathroom looks like I made it and is falling apart.

CB was adequate. Pool good. A/C working well. Room very clean at check in. HBO offered. Staff helpful and friendly. Will stay again.

A very short time barefoot in the room, our feet got filthy. Plus, the tub had stains in it of some sort. Continental breakfast 7-9 only, we couldn't get there in that time frame. No in room coffee. Very average small room, otherwise. Convenient walking distance to two diners, some fast food drive thru shy by, n a Black Angus next door.

Room was clean and beds comfy. Worked for a place to crash during SDCC.

The room itself was okay, but the bathroom door didn't latch very well and when it did the lock wasn't functional. Couldn't find the ice machine, so when we asked the concierge he was a bit rude about it. Then when he showed us, it was in a locked room that opens by using the key card....except my card didn't work. So why put ice buckets in the room if we have to get an employee anyways? But the room was clean and the breakfast was okay. The morning concierge was absolutely delightful though, he was very kind and made the check out process quick! Overall I'd probably stay here again.
