Amazing!

Was great for a one night stay. Cheap, friendly staff, clean bed. The bed was a little wobbly, and the bathroom needed a new shower curtain. But overall would stay again in a pinch.

Old and not clean with other people's nails and hair. You get what you pay for and San Diego is outrageous. It used to be beautiful. All cities are turning 3rd world.

The room was visibly dirty, including stains and hair on the beds and floors. The toilet had bowel movement smeared inside it, there was a dead spider and gum on the floor, and the towels were dingy and appeared unclean. There were additional cleanliness and maintenance issues throughout the room, and I have photographs documenting the conditions. I immediately brought these concerns to the attention of hotel staff. Rather than providing an appropriate resolution, I was told that I could leave and stay somewhere else, despite the fact that I had already paid for the room. I was also informed that because I booked through a third party, I would need to request my refund through them. I followed those instructions and contacted the third-party booking company, but the matter still has not been resolved. Instead, I received an email apologizing for the experience without an actual resolution or refund. I was also extremely uncomfortable with activity I observed at the property that appeared to involve illegal activity among some guests. This further contributed to my concerns about the safety and overall condition of the property. Given the condition of the room, the lack of an appropriate response from hotel staff, and the failure to resolve my refund request, I am requesting that this matter be reviewed.

Loved this place. Next time I’m here in San Diego I’ll look forward to staying here again.

Don't expect much. Property looks like it's out of the 70s.

The Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect to my phone. iPhone 15. The TVs in my room and the whole complex didn’t work. The dish network was down so there was no TV. And since the Wi-Fi didn’t work, I could not connect to any of my apps like Netflix, etc.

Staff was great and parking very convenient room was good for one night

Solid place to stay. You get what you pay for staying here. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Had to pay an additional deposit of $100 that gets reimbursed, which while that wasn’t an issue for us, I felt it was worth noting. Parking was easy. Pool and hot tub were a nice extra also. Would definitely look to stay again next time we’re down that way.
