enjoyed my stay, everything was very clean No complaints

Disappointing

Had roaches inside the room. Smelled like urine along the hallway. The rooms smelled like smoke. The one staff member was helpful but not much he could do besides check people in. Likely one of the worst hotels I have ever seen. Has to stay there because no other rooms were available during Labor Day weekend on short notice.

Everything was nice and well kept. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back! nobreakfast.

The bed was comfortable and also the room was big enough. It has a microwave and a refrigerator. The air conditioner works well. But the toilet was leaking water, the tv remote control was not functioning and outside was trashy, broken beds and some other debris were just left there.

Great stay Clean, spacious, and comfortable room Convenient location with the trolley and restaurants nearby. little noisy because there’s a car wash across the street, and there was no breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice small living area. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the fresh, clean sheets . The staff were friendly, helpful, Everything was well maintained, and we would definitely stay here again!!!!!! We’re happy with our stay. The only thing we didn’t like was that the pool was closed.

Bad

My Customer Service experience was very good. The clerks during check in & out were friendly and professional. The rooms didn't look like the pictures. There is 2 sides to the hotel, the side of the office is the good side, across the street is the bad side. Outside of some of the rooms were paint can's cut in half catching the water falling from the AC units. The room had a slight stench, the couch had many stains on it, under the cushions dirty & had crumbs, the chair from the table was in the middle of the floor, the light in the refrigerator blinked off & on, the curtain in the bedroom didn't close completely, the sink had chips in it & no bars of soap or dispenser, the TV in the living room had been disconnected (which was ok because I wasn't going to sit on the couch), there is a 24 hour carwash next door to the rooms on the office side so you can hear noise from the water and dryer's late into the night and the swimming pool had not been cleaned.

We didn't like the thin 100% Cotton towels. When my husband and I dried off after showeing, we were left with white lint all over our bodies. We'll be taking our own towels if we decide to stay at this Howard Johnson Hotel again as it was for convenience.

Ok for the price

There was no breakfast. Not much really since outside the hotel were a bunch of homeless people doing drugs and a car wash location right next to the hotel being very noisy.

Reasonable around this area. The shower doesn’t work well. The dryer was wet with wax.

Dead roaches in room, smelled like cigarettes, couch dirty and blankets had fuzz all over them as if not changed from last guest . AC only in living room not in bed room which made it very hot to sleep

New floors, bed was decent; suite style was nice Bathroom had old floors, dirty door; the tub had 4 dead bugs and hair from a previous person; shower water pressure was very weak; towels were very thin; pool was closed but not presented as closed when I booked

The rooms are large. They were clean. It's in a convenient location. The daytime staff was nice. The gates made it harder for Door Dash service. The vending machine for drinks was completely empty. The pool was closed. The bathrooms are tiny.
