We stayed here over a holiday weekend, and if other hotels had been available, we would have canceled our reservation. The biggest issue was that we had no hot water during our entire stay, which was a major inconvenience. We reported the problem, but it didn't seem to receive any real concern. We also had to visit the front desk the first two nights to have our room key reprogrammed because it stopped working. The air conditioner kept the room cool, but it was extremely loud—like a freight train running through the room. Unfortunately, these problems overshadowed our stay. We would not stay here again and do not recommend this motel.

Room clean staff friendly and helpful, but lobby was locked some times

No hot water in the shower (at all, not like it ran out, like it didn’t exist), floors made the bottoms of our feet super dirty like they’d never been mopped, multiple earwigs. They DID refund us for the prepaid nights we didn’t use in our stay once we decided to move somewhere else.

Everything was koo but they tried keeping the deposit That they scandalous for making shit up to keep the deposit

The location is sketchy, we stayed there for an entire week due to our shower at home being renovated only to be stuck in a room with NO HOT WATER. We requested to get a different room and always had the same answer that they were fully occupied even though there was online availability. A couple of the FD staff were nice and offered a solution to reset their water heater for us. However 70% of the time we received an “answer” stating that the water is as hot as it can get, which wasn’t even luke warm. They even said comments such as “well we don’t know how hot you want it, but it’s hot”. One person at the FD even said that the side of the building we were in, didn’t have hot water and people always complain. It’s actually illegal to not provide hot water or a room replacement in a hotel. Worse hotel stay ever. I asked to speak with a manager multiple times and was never able to be connected with her.

Not what I expected.

After check in, I noticed that the bathtub was dirty and the shower head attached with tape. After washing my hands, I reached for a hand towel at the bottom left of the sink and it appeared to still be dirty, with hair, and some other material that I wasn’t too sure what it was. I gathered some items, refueled my car, and then checked out immediately to continue my commute back home. The staff was very nice, but the building and its cleanliness is just not good at all.

The hotel Milagro is close to everything—shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. They have enough parking spaces. This hotel is better than other 3 star expensive hotels I've stayed in. The rooms are clean, sheets and towels look very white, like brand new. They have coffee maker and microwave in the rooms. I like everything at this hotel.

Mold smell Moderately clean Could not take a bath due to no plug for filling the bath water in the tub. The smell of mold Couldn't take a bath

Friendly staff. They provide body wash, shampoo, conditionar, hand soap and even body lotion. The place was a bit dirty and the rooms are started to look outdated..
