Hello when we went into the hotel room we discovered that there was hair and some pubic hair also when asked for refund for the hotel we were told to contact Expedia and they tired the hotel and they ignored 2 different times

Our second time there and we find it extremely convenient! Super easy check in and quiet clientele both stays!

Because of the condition of the room, we did not feel comfortable staying and had to leave the same day. I documented everything with photos and videos as proof of what we experienced. Despite leaving immediately due to these issues, Hotel Milagro is refusing to provide a refund. Guests should not have to pay for a room that is not clean, safe, or in the condition that was advertised. I am extremely disappointed with both the condition of the hotel and how this situation has been handled. I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are properly addressed.

Really enjoyed my room next to the elevator and the hotel location is very conveniently close to everything

We stayed for over a week, they didn’t even offer room cleaning, replenishing bathroom necessities— toilet paper, tissue paper, shampoo, soap, conditioner. I have to request for replacement towels and our room to be vacuum/swept/garbage emptied after day 3. I am not asking for a five star service but at least provide us with the necessities. Also, for laundry service, they didn’t have any change available for use, no coin machine either, it doesn’t even take card payment. Customer service wasn’t even helpful at all.

The staff were friendly from checking in to check out. Parking was great. There is a laundry area where you can do your laundry but you need to bring your own coins. The room was very clean and had great amenities.

Great hotel

The location was great to get to where we had to go to visit relatives. The room had a nice size refrigerator microwave a table and a nice size TV. The maid service was not so good they didnt not clean the room on a daily basis even when we put the tag out indicating that we would like the room cleaned. There was also a roach in the room but they were quick to come take care of that matter.

This property has no hot or even warm water. This was not just a random maintenance issue. I called the front and was told the water never really gets hot because the water heaters arent strong enough to heat water for all the rooms in the property. This should be advertised and at the very least told when you check in. Warm showers are a basic necessity when staying in a motel no matter the price. I emailed the property manager they offered to move me to another room and see if the water was warmer??? Too late we took our cold showers and we're only there for one night. The workers were very loud in the morning and there are no curtains just blinds that let the light right in. Horrible stay start to finish. Beware!

Solid. Get what you pay for

It’s not bad for being in the hood… relatively clean and inexpensive… friendly staff. Three day stay and no hot water.. housekeeping was able to get the shower to luke warmish.

We stayed here over a holiday weekend, and if other hotels had been available, we would have canceled our reservation. The biggest issue was that we had no hot water during our entire stay, which was a major inconvenience. We reported the problem, but it didn't seem to receive any real concern. We also had to visit the front desk the first two nights to have our room key reprogrammed because it stopped working. The air conditioner kept the room cool, but it was extremely loud—like a freight train running through the room. Unfortunately, these problems overshadowed our stay. We would not stay here again and do not recommend this motel.
