The place wasn’t a five star resort but it was definitely a clean place, rooms and bedding were clean, it was convenient, we stayed the night for one night for a soccer weekend with our kids, staff was friendly, it was a pretty relaxing environment, had breakfast available, hung out in the courtyard with some coffee, highly recommend to stay!

Spacious rooms. Expensive and remote location.

Don’t believe the ridiculous “10/10 for business” AI summary—what a joke. Bathroom was falling apart, beds not comfortable, breakfast a weird combo of meh scrambled eggs and over-sweet kielbasa type stuff at a “hacienda” run by Indians. Cheap compared to other options within 30 min, yes, but meh at best.

Guest Staff! Comfortable stay. Loved the property grounds.

Clean, nice nod to Mission style with a pretty central courtyard with olive trees and twinkle lights. Bed was ok, frame a little unsteady. Comfortable room. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Nice breakfast bar! Be ready for roosters and goats from nearby farms, which we found charming. A short drive or walk to San Juan Bautista and the Mission.

We were very disappointed in our stay at this hotel. We would not recommend this hotel to anybody. The second day that we stayed there, they actually rented out the room next to us for a day use. Whoever was in that room was blaring their music for hours. When my husband asked about it, they said that sometimes they rent out rooms for the day. Then the last night that we stayed, they had a birthday party that they said was gonna be over by 8:30 PM, well it was not! There were people partying late into the night and drinking out in the courtyard where everybody in their rooms could hear it. When we talk to the receptionist at the front, they said that it was the owners party. It was so rude, how do you host a party when you’re the owner and keep your hotel guests up so they can’t sleep. Very selfish and unprofessional. We will never stay here at this hotel again. Stay at your own risk.

It is a gorgeous mission style property. The walls are paper thin and I’m a light sleeper.
