The room was clean, the bed was hard and the carpet was pretty ick. The staff was kind of I’d stay there again because ya can’t beat the price. Who ever is the groundskeeper needs to be emptying the trash and cleaning up outside. 8/10

Very good

We needed a hotel close to our concert and this place fell right in line with the location, 3.5 miles away. Some construction materials visible but no work was going on.

We called it Worst Western. Aside from extremely friendly and helpful rep at front desk at check in this was without a doubt one of the worst hotel stays ever.

Old, dirty, not upgraded. Not worthy of hotel. Com.

Breakfast was decent to good, good quantity. Much older looking than pictures portrayed. Old mattresses & boxsprings alongside side and back of building and yellow crime tape (not kidding!) around entrance of office was pathetic! The appearance much more like an old & used-up travelodge than the way the pics portray.

The location Might be bed bugs on the bed because me and my kids woke up with lot of bed bug bites,

The property is currently being renovated. The room was large and comfortable with a small balcony but it could benefit from new furniture and brighter paint. The night manager was extremely helpful and the breakfast selection was excellent.

The location was great, easy access to historic San Juan Capistrano as well as San Clemente. The morning breakfast was fabulous!! Fresh, hot and delicious. Wonderful variety- eggs, sausages, potatoes, waffles, fresh homemade oatmeal, yogurt, fruit- it really was excellent. It was being remodeled and they were working on the room next door which made resting on a weekday afternoon difficult due to the noise. The Spa (jacuzzi) was broken.

The lady running the front office in the morning was understandable and professional. Our room had roaches in it. We saw them in the middle of the night and it was too late to request another room. I got an email from booking.com and they asked why we didn’t notify the front office to change rooms. They said we could have been moved to a newly renovated room. If that was available, why wasn’t that offered to us when we checked in?

Great location. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and complete with a recliner chair. Enough space to maneuver and plenty of counter to place my belongings. If have the opportunity to stay again, I definitely will. Only thing was my room was next to stairwell and I could hear every time someone went up and down the stairs with or without their luggage. Not much the complex could do about that without doing major construction to soundproof the walls and doors.

It was so convenient . Pool was nice and breakfast very good.

I called an hour before I arrived to ask if I could get an early check in. I was told my room was not clean yet. I asked if it could be ready in an hour and I was not assured. When I arrived to check in, I was told my room was still not clean at 3pm (regular check in would have been at 4PM). After going back and forth a bit, i was transferred to another receptionist who upgraded my room from 2 double bed to 2 queen beds. The area to park while check it was roped off with yellow caution tape for unknown reason, but there was plenty of parking. Our room was on the second floor. Stairs only. The grounds needed general fixing. The stairs wobbled. The carpet in the hotels looked old. the shower soap dish was rusted. There was a gap between the shower and the handle to turn it on. IN general it felt run down. The pool area is limited and the pool is small. The Hot Tub was tiny and was roped off during my stay for maintenance. It was quiet at night - i couldnt hear my neighbors. Breakfast was great. very nice staff and plenty of seating, Plenty of coffee and juice. Check out was a breeze. Over all I had a good experience... just needs new life breathed into the property.
