Room was nice and very updated. Clean and very good sized. Only issue I had was the hot water. Just did not get hot enough for my liking and the handle only goes so far. Other than that the room was great. I did also find it weird that the door to the washer and vending machine closed and your door key does not open it. So if you need it you have to use it early.

This place was a pleasant surprise. I just needed a room for the weekend and this room met all my needs and then some. I guess it underwent a recent renovation. The lobby was nice and clean, the front desk agent was kind and helpful, and the room was great. There were minor annoyances like hearing the trolly as this place is right next to a station stop, and the curtains being too small to properly cover the windows. I would just recommend bringing ear plugs and clips for the curtains. I am definitely marking this place for future stays.

Room was very nice, clean and updated. Floor was a bit dirty and tub had hairs but overall I would be back.

Amazing hotel!! Very impressed. We travel frequently (visited every state) and have stayed in thousands of hotels. This hotel impressed me so much. First, the price. Secondly, the features like sleek renovated rooms (smart bathroom mirror!?) for the price point. We paid right under $100 bucks for this room that was 3x nicer than the $400/ night hotel we paid near Disney. The area is right by the border, so there’s a lot of tourists. The area may feel different than you’re used to, but we didn’t feel unsafe even with my two young kids in tow. The receptionist was extremely kind. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was not very friendly or helpful.

I can say that the only thing that was decent looking was the lobby. Upon driving around the back to go up to the 4th floor the elevator was cracking and the floor was lifting up which was a safety hazard. The stairs were even worse as every step you could literally see through to the bottom which your not suppose to. The room door could not lock because the latch was not able to lock in place and the screws were falling out. The paint was peeling off and the barn door for the restroom was busted and could not lock. The bead frame was a single piece of what seemed like iron so the noise every time you moved was ridiculous. The ac smelled like the filter needed to be changed or cleaned. I booked 2 nights but due to the lack of security I took the loss for the second night and checked out with my daughter. I am a facility engineer so I pay very close attention to these concerns and the there were many concerns in this place. I did not dispute a refund from anyone I just packed up and drove off. The $180 loss on the 2nd to feel safer driving home instead was worth it lol. Never again people. Best of luck!

Room was up to date. Modern. Area is not the greatest. If you don't have a little hood in you. I don't recommend. If your sleeping overnight to cross the border definitely recommend. Overall nice room keeps belongings with you at all times lol. Railroad bell can be heard all night.

My experience was terrible. The man at the front desk had an arrogant attitude and was not friendly at all; he answered the questions I asked angrily. The room was dirty, and the towels and blankets smelled of dust.

The location,access to main highways,good internet connection,stream channels.

They charge you for everything!!!!

The hotel is in front of the train station and it was extremely loud every 30 minutes when it was blowing the horn as it passed by. Also, the TV volume was set at a very low volume and could not understand the reason. I tried everything to try to increase it but nothing worked. Also, the current are too short for the window. I did like the bathroom digital mirror that provided extra lighting

The hotel is located on a nice place of the city. The staff was very friendly and the AC worked perfectly. The issues we dealt with was that the wifi was not working (we couldn't connect any device) and the bathroom door will slide open unless you place an item to hold it still.

I reversed the double queen beds room through Expedia. I received the confirmation and payment receipt via email. However when we arrived, the hotel representative told us they did not receive the payment. We contacted Expedia and they gave us two options-refund or reallocate. It was 11pm and we were so tired we didn’t want to reallocate so we accept full refund and request to book through hotel directly. Expedia cancelled our reservation then that room was booked immediately by another person and no double beds available. We were so frustrated about expedia services. Hotel front desk lady is a very nice lady and arranged a double beds room for us which was not supposed to be available.

Was a clean and well maintained location. The staff was helpful and quick to help with anything you may need. There are several stores nearby for shopping and restaurants nearby as well. Walking distance to the boarder. Definitely a place I will choose in my next visit.
