I had a wonderful experience during my stay here. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff members were incredibly helpful, polite, and attentive to every detail throughout my visit. Highly recommended!

This was the worst stay I have ever had. When I checked in and went to my room, the door was open. I felt unsafe, the area is extremely sketchy for a solo female traveler. When I went to the front desk to ask for a refund because I no longer wanted to stay, the staff dismissed me and when I kept trying to get his attention, he began taking pictures of me and recording me saying that he would report me because I wanted to get a refund and leave the stay. After being filmed, I felt even more unsafe and decided to leave. I paid for two weeks and was not refunded anything despite their terrible hospitality and security. Would avoid this place at all costs. It also smells terrible around the property. Please teach your staff how to communicate with their guests instead of resorting to recording your guests! That is not and will never be ok.

It was near a busy area but was quiet, rooms were clean, breakfast was decent and staff was very helpful. A great place to stay short term

It was a quick stop on my way to Mexico. The room smelled strong of smoke. Its so run down and damaged. This is truly a very low budget hotel, yet room prices can be a couple hundred dollars for very low budget. I wont be staying there again.

Clean room, free parking, walking distance to the border and outlet mall. Only thing missing, for the price range, is filtered water.

Location. The fact that they didn’t clean up my room, until i asked on the second day. My tv wasn’t working, they said they fixed but it didn’t worked.

Is good the ubicación for plaza Américas but don't have amenities

What i will say about the property was the front staff was good but the rest was a flop.

Convenient place to stay . Orlando at the front desk can help answer most questions and is friendly unlike the girls at the front desk . Look for him if you need help or have questions his familiar with the area wich we appreciated .

It was close to the freeway, shops and restaurants. Affordable and had good reviews. Close to Sesame Street and Seaworld which was where we went. Orlando at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Most amenities did not work! TV, phone, pool, toilers and, outlets! Do not recommend. Highly disappointed

When we first got there the room was masked with scented spray and smelled weird. The room was dirty, walls dirty, sheets were stained yellow with tears and blanket had blood on it. The person at the front desk was nice and gave us another room which was upgraded and better. It was convenient to cross the border but will spend an extra $60 and stay elsewhere.

I have stayed her several times and usually I have no problem. On this occasion the shower in my room had a leak that wouldn't stop. Also, the smoke alarm went off several times.
