Nothing customer service was dismal. Gabriel had the worst attitude and didn’t bother to try to make things right or assist. Front desk- he seems like he hates his life

Room: Bed was very bumpy. The floor was pealing up. AC did not cool the room. The fridge did not keep drinks cold. Bathroom: No bar soap or body wash in room. No shampoo or conditioner in room. Towels are old and rough on skin.

You can tell people live there. Kids toys left in pool area & surrounding. Got to room & it was HOT turned on air but never cooled down. Manager offered another room but we were short on time & decided to stay put it’s only one night. Thank god. Had 2 bath towels one hand towel. No wash cloths. We were here for a concert & while getting ready we discovered no blow dryer & the iron didn’t work & had some green sticky stuff on the bottom. Maintenance was supposed to bring us another one but never did. The manager said staff was leaving. She was nice enough to lock up the office & get us towels & a clean iron. I was also told I would be credited my deposit back at check out. It took a week. Like I said thank god it was for one night in the hot room. NEVER AGAIN!
