Exceptional

Very disappointing experience. I called ahead to correct my reservation and was told it would be taken care of. I had already paid through Expedia for the hotel’s best suite for two nights, but when I arrived, the reservation was still wrong. Now they are giving me a basic room and asking me to pay again. Very poor communication and customer service

We don’t often stay at resorts, but was a great place to relax, enjoy the property, and use as a home away from home to explore N.M.

This is an incredible property, we've stayed before and always look forward to coming back. From the serene views, food and activities you'll want to stay the entire time on the property.

This stay was for our Daughter and new Husband as they were married earlier in the day. They thought the room and stay was amazing.

Beautiful location, attractive lobby and very nice pool and gym equipment. Great breakfast and very nice staff at Iguana cafe. Not too many choices for dinner in mid range pricing.

We were given the wheel chair accessible room which was fine for one night. Worst shower ever, the overhead shower was positioned too close to the far wall and we could not stop the water from going out the wheel chair accessible entrance. I feel bad for the actual wheel chair visitors. We also asked for two glasses in our room and it took at least an hour and a half to receive glasses. We were given money off because we notified the staff the next morning. Other than that we enjoyed the trails and the food in the restaurants.

An amazing calm beautiful get away. The staff all friendly helpful and went beyond to help me eat a safe gluten free meal. The spa was awesome I will be returning.

Relaxing, peaceful, beautiful getaway, great location with stunning views. The rooms are very clean. With the fire pits, swimming pools, hot tub, this hotel has everything. They even have horseback riding, which I would definitely suggest. We will definitely come back.

Calm Wifi in room went down last few days and not fixed but no big deal.

The food in the cafe on the lower level is excellent. The room was great. The pools are beautiful. The view is incredible. The path to the river is lovely. The breakfast is not included in the price. The food in the restaurant off the lobby is not very good. The prices for the grill by the pool are very high.

Beautiful large resort with amazing service, delicious food, and best in class amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Being charged for early check-in after I was told I wouldn't be.

Had a staycation with my daughter to celebrate her birthday. Resort was lovely but we called two weeks in advance to ask for early check-in and were told it was available at no cost. However, when we checked in we were told a room wasn't ready but we could "upgrade" to a room that was ready for an additional $30 fee. The couple checking in at the same time with the clerk right next to us was told the same thing. Seemed like a bait and switch scenario. Being charged for early check-in after I was told I wouldn't be.
