Our experience at the resort was effortless on our part. Rooms were clean as well as the grounds. So relaxing and amazing. The staff could be just a slight more informative on the events and golf course activities.

We liked the beautiful scenery, the clean room and the quiet atmosphere. The staff at the hotel restaurant were so kind and helpful. We stay here for special occasions and will continue to do so for years to come!

The hotel also surprised us with champagne and thoughtful gifts for the bachelorette party, which made the celebration feel extra special. We did experience some confusion with the room keys and check-in, but the manager was incredibly helpful and resolved everything quickly. Their care and professionalism completely turned the situation around and made our overall experience great. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would happily recommend Tamaya Resort for a girls’ trip or special celebration!

Beautiful property, well maintained. Exceptionally clean rooms, excellent housekeeping. Fantastic spa services. Very comfortable beds. The booking.com description for the fine dining called Corn Maiden says it is open nightly. We were here in July, high season, and strangely this establishment is closed on Sunday and Monday. This is supposed to be a world class resort. Imagine if a resort in Maui were closed two days a week in the high season.Nuff said

The Tamaya Resort is an amazing oasis away from the troubles of life. It is nestled in the Bosque and secluded from the rest of the world. The amenities are incredible and worth the resort fee: free bikes and trails to ride, three pools, which are designated for different ages, and a variety of other family fun activities. The grounds are immaculate and the rooms are too. The two restaurants offer a nice mix between more standard dining and a relaxed lounge atmosphere. It was worth every penny!

Stay here for work and pleasure any chance I can. Wonderful staff, rooms, and the views are stunning.

Great customer service, clean thur-out the whole facility. Loved the pool(adult) very close to our room. Long walk to our room, from the front desk. Pool water was very salty, not sure why.

I liked the location and the food. No kiddie pool, bikes were always chained up, not like the Hyatt hill country resort in SA where you could get a bike whenever. I just felt like for the price of the stay there wasn’t much to be offered. Only had 3 over priced restaurants.

Great property with a long list of amenities. No issues with the room or staff. My only complaint was that the pools were very dirty. We set aside a half day to swim in the pools only to leave after 20 minutes disappointed. There were bugs floating in the water everywhere and the floor of the pools were all very dirty. So much so that we did not want to get in. What struck me as interesting was that we were there during July, I would think a peak time for pool use. None of the pool filters were on in any of the pools. Why? The filters would help clean and circulate the pools. We left disappointed by the pools but everything else was great.

We had a really enjoyable couple of days at the resort. Rooms were spacious, staff were great, everyone was very nice and helpful, the pools were nice to hang out at. We took the bikes out and rode to the stables and around the Bosque trail, it was fun. Horse back riding was great as well, we saw snakes and elk. The lavender scrub at the spa was really nice. Food was just ok. The Plaza grill at the pool was ok, the Santa Ana Cafe dinner we had was not very good. We ended up eating off property for most meals. There are good options around.
