Santa Ana Star Casino Hotel

Santa Ana start casino hotel is always one of the best hotel experiences we have. Very friendly and respectful staff, always there to help. The Rooms are always clean and comfortable, the views from our room are phenominal. I would recommend staying here to anyone visiting Albuquerque and Bernalillo.

Beds are big & comfortable. Casino was fun. Restaurant was excellent.

The customer service was wonderful! Rooms are clean. This was the second time we stayed at this location and both times have been a great experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. The security people are constantly riding bikes around the property. The room we had has a fantastic view of the mountains! We have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. I would say it’s the best in the area for a reasonable price.

The staff is super friendly & accommodating. The property is clean and well maintained. Multiple restaurants to choose from (quick eats to nice steakhouse). We ate at multiple restaurants at Santa Ana Star and they were all very good. The pool area is nice and clean as well. We will definitely be back.

Room is always in tip top shape, staff was great, we had Marcia with a nice bubbly personality. Food is good and the promotional room rates keep bringing me back.

Didn't give it 5 stars because I wasn't given a property map at check-in despite telling the staff "in training" it was our first time staying. A few design flaws in the room and beds a bit stiff, was happy pillows were fluffy and rooom otherwise nice and clean. Food at Home Plate just ok with watered down drinks--a negative for a sports bar. I would stay there again.

Rude front desk. The rest of the casino was great nice ppl like Kenny in the pool area.

The front desk staff is amazing. Every single one I spoke with were friendly, helpful, and professional. Made me feel good that they care about their customers. The hotel and room is clean and well kept. I happened to come to my room as the cleaning staff was finishing up. They asked if I needed anything, gave me extra bottles of water and coffee creamer. Overall, I was pleased with my stay and, I'll definitely plan to stay here again.

I really enjoy this place and have been staying here for years ! Staff is professional and friendly at check in as well as at the tables. My preferred place for a quick getaway. I'll be back!!

The staff was awesome! Rooms clean and have ample a amenities.

The only downside was that we accidentally left our daughter’s volleyball in the room after checking out. I called the hotel the same day, and I was told someone would contact us if it was found. It’s now been over a week, and we haven’t received a follow-up call. Aside from that experience with lost and found, our stay was excellent, and we would consider staying here again.

The facility and hotel was very clean. Options to eat was great and service was amazing. Definitely recommend!!
