A very dated hotel, but it was clean. Our ac sounded like it was on its last leg. Linen needed updating very scratchy.

No carriers for luggage and no flexibility for scheduling another reservation for a few days later. Prices went up because of expected tourists not yet scheduled. And the “breakfast” was of little value; not sure why it was stated as an amenity.

The room shows its age, but it is clean.

Nice quiet stay clean room

Nothing. I didn’t like anything about the property. I got there and there were vehicles that looked like they could’ve been stolen in the parking lot and homeless people walking around the parking lot as well. I was pretty sure my car would either get broken into or stolen had I stayed there. The property didn’t look anything as nice as the photos. When I went to check the room to see what the condition was, I found on the corner of the bed to stay. I didn’t ruffle the bed covers, I didn’t move a thing. When I got back up to the office, the front desk lady told me she would have to pay housekeeping fix the room as I had messed up the bed. I informed the front desk that her housekeeping person was absolutely lying because I never messed up anything in that room while only sitting on the very corner of the bed. I told her either the housekeeping person messed up the bed or that was a picture of another room. I promptly canceled my reservation because of the lies that housekeeping told. If hotel staff were willing to lie about something as ridiculous as that I would hate to see what else they’re willing to lie about. They also wanted $20 per pet per night, which wasn’t stated in the Booking.com. My dogs are only 4lbs each. When this fee was added to the total the room, the condition of the property was not worth the money. I stayed at the Hilton for $60 more in total.

Location was good. Customer service was good Curtains were dirty. Bed felt like a rock. Breakfast... Wanted 40$ more for another stay.

Decent sized room, clean enough, good bed, big TV, ok breakfast. Weird location along wide street, but otherwise good.

The room was clean and simple. The staff was friendly. Parking was great. Location was excellent.

I submitted another review because I had extended my stay and I still stand by what I said. The staff are all nice and accommodating, the breakfast is good, and they’re respectful of your needs and privacy. There was nothing I didn’t really not like about the property.

The man at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. When I needed to check out a day early he gave me the credit with no problem. The hotel was clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. I will stay there again.

Exceptional

Location was excellent to where we traveled to & frduring our Art Show. Beds were comfortable, but too close to the wall where it was hard to go to the bathroom. The manager, he was very snobby, but the young man that checked us in was very polite and asked if we needed anything before we called it a night. The manager hesitated to give us toilet paper, we stayed at the hotel for 3 days, so yes we needed toilet paper. He was not friendly at all. Our restroom door was broken and couldn't close, our tub was leaking, and the bed was too close to the wall.
