The ac is very noisy, pillows very uncomfortable

Hotel was fine for a short overnight place to sleep. Ended up in the room at the end of the hallway which was a "short" room with space for the bed, TV unit, and bathroom. Worked just for sleeping but was too tiny for comfort if you stayed longer. Breakfast was adequate although they ran out of a few items. Free parking and easy to access. Not sure I'd stay there again. Probably try a nearby hotel in the same pricepoint for a larger room.

Bathroom floors were sticky and gas/mathane smell from the pipes whenever you turn on the bathroom faucet.

Once we were in our new room, there were several guests out on the front patio that were smoking within 5 ft of the building, drinking excessively, and were very loud (smoking within 20 ft of a building is not allowed per ca law, fire Marshal code). I waited until 11:00 p.m. before trying to call the front desk again and ask them to address the issue. Nobody picked up the phone again. I tried several times to call the front desk. I had to go down to the front desk, carrying my 3 yr old because I was a solo parent traveling, in which the front desk was too busy to help, so I had to go outside and tell guests to keep it down and stop smoking cigarettes and weed. I am extremely disappointed with this stay. This experience tonight made me feel unsafe to stay in this hotel with my small child. This hotel did not comply with state law, and did not enforce guests to smoke 20 ft away from the building per Fire Marshal code, making it unfit for other guests and jeopardizing their health and safety.
