The complimentary Wi-Fi was very slow. Breakfast also had limited options, and the juice machine was either not working or had no juice available during Sunday breakfast. Overall, while the staff was friendly and helpful, the cleanliness, slow Wi-Fi, and limited breakfast options could definitely be improved.

The one positive thing I would say is that the staff were all very nice, polite, friendly and helpful. When I explained that we were very dissatisfied with the hotel in general the manager was very kind and apologetic. He explained the process for requesting a refund and the timeline.

Wish that suite could accommodate 6 people instead of only 5 what is allowed since the sofa bed can fit 2 people.

Nothing. The rooms were dirty. The toilet and sink would not clear properly. Smelled like smoke. Broken tiles and very dirty hotel.

The bathroom, particularly the sink, was in poor condition. It was dirty and had an unpleasant odor whenever it was used. The beds were comfortable, but the air conditioning was excessively loud.

The room was okay, cleaning was subpar, there was left over items from previous guests that were missed during cleaning. Breakfast was filling enough to get the day started. It has a great location, about 5 min drive to six flags and 30 min drive to Universal studios. The hotel had slightly updated paint but seems that that was it.
