The property is in a nice location and close to the boardwalk. The room was decent but definitely not “resort” quality. Definitely do not eat the food here. The on site restaurant is very underwhelming and overpriced for the quality of food you get. We went to the restaurant for dinner and my wife ordered a $60 ribeye steak and it was served cold!! We ordered poolside sliders and a margarita and it took 2.5 hours. Definitely just a meh experience for the money we spent.

Secluded, beautiful property. The staff was very helpful. Prices were higher but worth it.

WiFi was not working

Room is dated, carpet is worn and worn marks in the tub. Otherwise clean. Honestly Chaminade is making a stretch in calling this a resort property. With one restaurant on site there was no division between a casual lunch area and a night-out dinner, it’s all the same. We had a difficult time getting our room. Some kind of a misunderstanding about room size/beds for our family that lead to delay. Front staff is polite and desires to be helpful but lacking in problem solving capability. Ultimately, this is a special, historic hotel but needs major updating to improve comfort and ease of service before it can be truly a resort. Not of value at this price point.

Room was nothing like the web site total rip off.

The property was beautiful! I wish we were able to use more of the amenities (pool, spa) our short stay because they looked great. We had some appetizers and drinks from the restaurant on site, which we good. One of the nights we were supposed to have the food delivered to our room, but a mishap occurred and my husband had to walk to pick it up. Not a huge issue. We would absolutely come back again.

The pool and poolside service was great but the pool had loads of chlorine in it and it burned my daughters eyes I reccomend bringing goggles if planning to swim

Very convenient location and very nice hotel. Very new and well maintained facilities and staff are super helpful. Left nothing to be desired on our trip to Budapest. Highly recommend it!

The place is great for a getaway. It's close to so many different places to visit and eat. And if you don't want to go anywhere, the food and service at the View is amazing too. So many things to do right there.

We had the brunch buffet on Sunday. That one gets 3 out of 5 stars as it could have more variety. Rooms are super spacious, very comfortable bed. Shower needs to be updated.

A/c did not work in the room so we were up all night. Beds were hard. Toilets had way too low of water so scared to use for other than a number 1. And charged an extra $40 resort AFTER the pre paid fee we already paid. Will not be going back.

Price is way too high, no elevator to 2nd floor. Seems like it should cost 100 a night. Motel 6 vibes with a view
