It was a perfect place to stay

The stay was nice and the staff were very pleasant helpful.

It served its purpose for a night . It’s what I would expect for $100, but not more .

We actually really liked this hotel! It was very affordable so I was a little hesitant at how nice it would be. We were surprised that the rooms were very big had a microwave in fridge a pool, comfy beds and generally the property was in a nice quiet area. It’s convenient to the freeway about a mile from Capitola Beach 10 minutes to Santa Cruz Beach boardwalk and was great for our family.!

The room was exceptionally clean! The outside looks a little run down. I was concerned about the safety of the parking lot, but did not have a problem. Front desk was helpful. Overall, it was a good stay.

For some reason we were given a ADA room with a shower for a wheel chair person, but I thought, "Okay, who cares!" The sliding closet doors dont work, the bathroom sink takes 3 hours to slowly drain after simply washing your hands or brushing your teeth. We were in Building #2, & the hallway is NOT at ALL appealing or Welcoming, feels like Im walking into a dive Motel. Dirty wet towels were thrown in the corner of the hallway for 2 days. Then, the first night was nice and quiet but on night number 2 some VERY LOUD & BEYOND RUDE guests were upstairs (tweekers or something) because they were RUNNING back and forth, back and forth VERY HEAVY FOOTED alllllllll damn night. They ONLY Stopped between 4am - 6am and then it started again and even LOUDER. WE GOT ZERO SLEEP that last 2nd night and we WANTED to stay and rest right up until check out time before our long ride home, BUT we finally got fed up & got up & packed our stuff and checked out 2 hours before check out time. I told the employee at the front desk about the complaints & her response was, "Ohhhh!"

Nice clean cozy accommodation, had a relaxing stay.

Very nice property but the breakfast was less than expected. Just coffee and carbs. No protein but either way, it was there.

Excellent soundproofing, very comfy beds! Skimpy supply of toilet paper, 2 night stay for 2. No elevator and lobby/ office closed after 9 or 9:30. Continental breakfast was handy , lasted til 10am. Would definitely stay again!!

Really lovely property with nice people. Rooms were big and had everything you needed. It was close to the wharf but far enough away to be quiet.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!!! My friend and I booked a room here very last minute and arrived around 11pm after the lobby had closed, however, the owner was extremely welcoming, friendly, and understanding of our situation. He let us in from the cold and made sure we were comfortable throughout or stay. The rooms and property were clean and well maintained, the location was very convenient, and breakfast in the morning was simple but efficient. Overall AMAZING ALL THE WAY THROUGH. THANK YOU QUALITY INN & SUITES!!!!!! (Ps: if you booked a room at the motel 6 in Santa Cruz off of Ocean Street, switch it to this place IMMEDIATELY!!)

Rooms are large with comfortable beds. This is our go to motel when visiting the Santa Cruz area.

Super clean, large rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, large breakfast spread. The location is quiet and a good launch point for activities in the area Need more pillows
