Just bring your own pots and pans or pay the extra money. I sit there a long time ago in pots and pans were available in the rooms. They still are with a fee.

close to the beach, felt like an air bnb, the staff were accomadating, when i had troubles There are parts of the property that feel 'old' my key card stoped working for some reason, but the staf fixed it ASAP

Location and staff. If we choose to drop this kind of money to stay here again, it will be because of the staff. Super responsive and helpful. Outdated, carpet was dirty (like I’m throwing my socks out), appliances and furniture worn out/old, everything just sort of dilapidated. There was a used cleaning cloth on the coffee table when we got there, no bath towels and a leftover gummy on the hallway floor. That being said, we did check in early… there were cups for coffee and water, but no other kitchen supplies. $25 charge for a utensil set. If you’re on the bottom floor (smaller rooms), you hear everything the upstairs unit is doing and saying…

Location was incredible and the layout of apartment was very sweet for our family. Our master bedroom door knob fell OFF on the first evening and we could not shut the bedroom door, so it was very bright and loud. We called to have it fixed, but when they finally did come to repair it… It fell off after the first use again. Also, the neighbors on the other side of the bedroom wall next to us were so loud. It sounded like they were inside of our apartment and they were talking LOUDLY until after 3 AM!
