Location, deck Nothing

I like the location, but the traffic was noisy. Location was good near shops. I didn’t know about the parking. The property provided a permit, but certain rooms come with parking. I had to park in the Mobile parking spots using the Permit the property gave me. Ed was okay, he didn’t like repeating himself if you asked certain questions. He said you need to read the signs carefully to park. Not a lot of parking available.

Slightly overpriced

Beautiful location steps from the beach with a covered parking space. Full kitchen and ocean view. Slightly overpriced

THE LOCATION WAS AWESOME THAT IS WHY I HAVE STAYED THERE 4-5 TIMES BEFORE, BUT BECAUSE I BOOKED THRU BOOKING.COM INSTEAD OF DIRECTLY WITH THE HOTEL. I WAS TREATED DIFFERENTLY...AND NOT IN A GOOD WAY!!! WE GOT A DIFFERENT NOT SO FAVORABLE PARKING PASS BECAUSE I "BOOKED THRU BOOKING.COM.' WAS TOLD IF I CANCELLED THE RESERVATION ONLINE...AND REBOOK DIRECTLY WITH THE HOTEL UPON OUR ARRIVAL...THEN I WOULD GET THE PREFERRED PARKING PASS.....DOESN'T MAKE SENSE!!!

This is my second visit and I enjoyed it each time!

The kitchen area was a great added bonus, with plates and utensils provided as well. The room is cute and so close to everything! Very pleased! I recommend and I'll be back!

The really nice view Staff was extremely strict on the check out time, even while admitting they changed the policy after we booked our reservation.

Exceptional

The ocean view rooms are far nicer than the street view rooms. We paid extra for the ocean view and were glad we did. Parking was included for our room. Fantastic location! We first reserved a street view room but didn't realize it. We were lucky that we could cancel that room and upgrade to an ocean view room. However, it cost a lot more than we had expected to pay. This was not the hotel's fault.

The location on the water and so close to the village. The room was clean. The queen size bed was more like a king size and comfortable. Nice carport parking. Finding it. Your website needs to give specific instructions how to enter your location. I drove right by observing the no right turn sign. The traffic was the worst and it took one full hour to just turn around. I called and the nice lady gave me specific instructions and I had my AAA road map in hand. The tea provided was awful and tasted like it was 10 years old. Toss it all out and go do Safeway and buy some Twinings or Bigelow. The coffee was pretty good. The box of Kleenex provided was almost empty. I thought it was expensive for what we got with no view, but I know the beachfront location comes at a premium.
