This hotel is great and conveniently located to Santa Cruz and Scott’s valley. It’s very pretty and clean! The staff was great! Nice pool and hot tub with beautiful trees surrounding it. Can’t wait to go back!

Loved our stay! Coffee shop across street( brewed awakening) made it even better. Hotel could definitely get free breakfast and lobby coffee.

Not what it looks like online. It is a regular corporate place. Nothing special.

Great stay, for some odd reason the AC and the room phone didn’t work, oddly after my stay I was charged 213 dollars for something, tried to reach out to the front desk and my phone kept ringing continuously, great hotel but be careful with them.

The rooms were a nice size, and the staff was friendly. However, housekeeping needs improvement. Our room wasn't cleaned even after we requested it, and we had to ask every day for fresh towels and coffee refills.

Everything was great, my only issue is that I never got back my deposit even tho I left the room in near 100% condition

Spacious, comfortable room, very helpful staff.

I reserved two suites thru travelocity.com, but the hilton saw only one. Had to pay for a third suite. Not happy. You owe me for a suite i paid for, but couldn't use.

They seem to have a problem regulating temperature at this hotel. The AC in our room was not functioning and other guests in our party had to have maintenance adjust something in the ceiling to have the AC switch on. In a different room on another night, then the AC wouldn’t switch off and the room was chilly. Temperatures in Ben Lomond can change a lot day to day, but this property’s system does not respond well to the changes.

The staff were amazing, the room was clean and very comfy. The toiletries provided were good. My only complaint is the on site “restaurant”. We didn’t even bother ordering food since their menu person has been reduced in half of what I found online and even with what they had their frier was broken so no fries, wings, onion rings. Salads were very expensive and I just didn’t think it would be worth it. The bar was good though and they promote a very chill atmosphere to socialize with other guests if you’re into that

Unfortunately, the room was disappointing. It had a damp smell, and the air conditioning gave the impression that the filters had not been changed in quite some time. Considering the price we paid, we also expected a nicer view, especially of the mountains. Instead, our room overlooked the back parking lot. While the peaceful atmosphere and central location were positives, the condition of the room and lack of a desirable view left us feeling that the stay did not provide the value we expected. Because of that, I would probably choose a different hotel on a future visit.

Staff is allways great and friendly. We allways stay at this property when we are in the area and have never had any isssues with the hotel.

The staff was very nice. The drinks at the bar were great.
-
Staff was nice and helpful. Mattresses were uncomfortable. One mattress was completely broken down - could feel the springs. Breakfast was okay.

Great hotel.

Parking was plentiful and not costly at all. A lot of greenery surrounding this hotel. Pool is amazing. Showers and faucets provide excellent water pressure. Everything is properly clean and sanitized daily. Great lobby for work or business activities, allowing for an environment where one can work peacefully. Will book again if I visit Santa Cruz in the future.
