It was just as expected for an off the highway hotel. Clean, nice, not fancy

The elevator looked a tad rundown.

We checked in on Friday afternoon and they were experiencing a nationwide outage and the two desk clerks were very quick even with the outage. They were also very nice. Beautiful property my kids called it a castle. Rooms are spacious and has everything you could need even a smart tv. We will definitely stay here anytime we are in the area.

    Pretty hotel, comfortable beds, clean.

Hotel looks nice from the outside. The rooms are a little tired. The shower was terrible with no pressure and the towel rack fell off if you put a towel on it. The breakfast was excellent. Some guys in the elevator were talking as I went up to my room. It sounded like they were all paying around $200. night for a room and they did not get charged an extra $18. for parking. On Hotels I paid $238 plus $18. for parking. I think next time I will look for a better place to stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful with all our enquiries, and the facilities worked for our two day stay in Scotts Valley. The breakfast however was somewhat over marketed and whilst the breakfast service was great, the choice of food and quality was average. It did look like they may have had some maintenance going on, so worth checking status before going

It felt the hotel is barely surviving their business and they don’t care about the quality of their services. We have stayed at hotels at much lower prices but with way much higher quality. My advice to all is to avoid this hotel.

It’s nice place but the pool is a lot smaller than the pictures and the jacuzzi wasn’t working. The other bummer was paying for parking I know that’s a thing now but it sucks and 1 free bottle of water would be nice instead of Nickel and dining you wherever they can. However it was clean and quit.

Breakfast staff was awesome as well as front desk

We stayed here to use the pool and hot tub after hiking all days. The hot tub was broken the whole time we stayed. I asked for a credit or a refund but was told I would have to contact expedia since it was prepaid. NOT A GOOD VACA.

Six miles from the boardwalk. Plenty of amenities and reasonably priced for our overnight stay.

For the high price of a suite, I expect it to be stocked with towels, sheets & blankets. They were delivered when I asked but it was barebones in the room. Prior to check-in when I called to see if the room was ready, she said "ew, third party booking".

The hotel is very nice and clean. Our room however had a very strong moldy smell. I mentioned it to the staff, but unfortunately it was not something they could remedy.

The hotel looks nice, but its not what one would expect from a Hilton. I stayed in a suit. Though it was clean, it had issues. The rug was torn in places near the walls, there were a few bugs rolling around and the room was very basic. For the price paid, more should be expected. You have to ask for everything; plates, utensils, additional pillows, blankets, towels. The freezer looked like it hadn't been defrosted in years which made it difficult to use. Some of the closets didn't have doors. The shower drain cap kept coming off which left a hole in the ground. The balcony was nice to have, but though it was swept, it was dirt stained. It also would be nice if there were privacy screens on the balcony rail so you dont have to see the parking lot or the other visitors watching you try and relax as they get in/out of thir cars. The blackout curtains worked well and it was nice to have a TV and a bathroom in both rooms. Some complaints may seem nit picky, but its supposed to represent a Hilton and not a standard or average motel. The food and drinks were good, but way overpriced. Lastly, paying $20 for parking is a joke. We already chose out the many places to stay there and as a punishment you have to pay to park your car. Squeezing every dollar out of a guest should not be the goal.

Very dirty, stain on bed sofa pillows...bathroom vanity was sticky. Table and night stand also sticky

Clean and spacious room. Shower water pressure/temp was always perfect.
