The furniture surfaces were not cleaned (greasy substance). There was no hot water, so i took a cold shower. (was told there was a boiler room dysfunction). The night time clerk gave me wifi instructions that lead to no internet access and "insecure" status. The checkout clerk said he was not able to compensate me with a reduced rate, since I paid for room via third party.

We did not get our room until 4:30 and that night there was a party in the lobby that lasted until 3:30 in the morning. The next night we were kept awake by a guy talking and the laundry room machines were loud.

There's noting memorable about this place and this is my second and probably last time staying there. It's a drab hotel with very little to offer. The gym is basic. I had a room down the hall from the gym and could hear people running on the treadmill in the gym from my room in the early morning.

Great location near to our kids. Lots of noise last night. Hard to sleep. Lots of noise in the 3rd floor around 2:30 until around 4pm. Breakfast in the morning was average at best.

Our room was very nice and spacious. The bartender was super nice and friendly. Would stay here again.

Clean,quiet and loved all the free coffee and lemon water. Would have liked a few more towels in the room. But I called the office and they rushed some up to me. I’d definitely stay here again.

The property is poorly maintained - lobby bathrooms broken, faucets not working, “business center” computer out of order. One of my worst hotel stays in many years of travel. They have no business being in business.

I had reserved 3 nights online for a business trip . I arrived, checked in at front desk then went to room. Room itself was good except temperature was 85 degrees. I turned thermostat down to 68 to cool room then met co-worker for dinner. Returned about 3 hours later to a room still at 84 degrees. When I went to front desk to report and ask for a different room, he told me, “yeah the air isn’t working on that entire wing. I felt like that should have been shared earlier. He said it wasn’t going to be fixed until middle of following week. He finally moved me to another room on ground floor just off the lobby and bar. Needless to say I got very little sleep. Won’t stay there again, when my next trip is scheduled.

Room was clean and well appointed. Only disappointment was at check in, I was given a lesser quality room than booked/paid for. Which I only realized when I got to the room. When I went back to the desk to inquire about the mistake, I was told several guests extended their stay which made the booked suite unavailable. Clearly I was not going to be told ahead of time and they figured I might not notice. They managed to find one suite that was a handicap accessible unit and put me there when I insisted I should get what I booked and paid for. Never should a property put a guest who has not planned their stay properly before another who has booked ahead of time.

We visited for a wedding and the large lounge was wonderful for visiting between events and sightseeing.

Convenient Spacious AC was hard to control, so was very cold. Bed was very low. Front desk staff was so so.

Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant hours are inconsistent. Very little around to walk to. Car needed. Property is small, so no walking paths, no pool. Great for a one night or business stay.

The bathroom was extremely unclean and appeared to have been inadequately maintained. Additionally, the air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly, and we did not have hot water during our stay. We also did not receive the welcome gift that had been arranged by the bride and groom for their wedding guests. Given the cost of the stay and the fact that we were traveling from out of state for a special occasion, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, comfort, and service. We hope management will address these concerns to ensure future guests have a more positive experience.

Second time staying here. the first time the hot water didn’t work and only one shower head worked. The second time, the room never got below 78. The AC is a small wall unit that didn’t really work… other than that, rooms are large and the beds are decent.

The room was very nice, plenty of space, clean.
