The room was spacious and perfect for our family, and everything in the hotel was calm and quiet. The fire pits were a lovely evening enhancement and we truly enjoyed the hospitality and atmosphere

It was a nice area, good parking. Friendly staff

We arrived late and unfortunately, were not given the balcony room we had reserved. The room we received had an unpleasant odor and was not as clean as expected. There was even feces on the bathroom wall, which was unacceptable. The walls were extremely thin, making it easy to hear conversations and noise from the surrounding rooms throughout our stay. Overall the cleanliness, condition of the room, and lack of soundproofing made for a disappointing experience. I would not choose to stay here again.

No hot water in our suite
-
Will definitely stay there again!

The bathroom was also stocked with only two towels, which seemed minimal for a suite. If I had been traveling for business, I would have been disappointed by the limited dining options. The only food available was from the front desk, and only Tuesday through Saturday. Overall, the hotel was average. It wasn’t a bad stay, but it didn’t offer the amenities or experience I would expect for a room marketed as a King Suite.

Property was nice: however, room was not available at designated check in time. The staff was not patient nor helpful in assisting with this. The room was nice save the shower being very cold and not warming up.

WiFi not available

I was expecting a pool.

I was very happy with our stay. Tip: bar at the lobby closes early like 9 or 9:30 so I was a bit disappointed but it's a good thing in many ways when you think about it 😊

The rooms were very nice and a good size for our family of four to not feel like we were on top of eachother with our time in the room. The only negative that we ran into on our stay was the AC in the rooms being to small to properly cool. Even with setting it to its lowest setting before leaving for the day, we still came back to a room that was 80 degrees. The staff were very accommodating and we were able to move rooms, this didnt solve the AC problem, but we did have a room that had double doors that opened to a balcony, and we were able to open those to help cool the room down.

The Staff needs to be a bit more friendly and communicative of the amenities of the hotel. There is not much to do or grab a bite around the property. Over all we are happy with our stay. Thank you!

Room was big, clean and bright. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good but spendy.

This is a very nice hotel. It appeared very clean until we got out the extra pillow from the closet. There was a long black hair stuck in the cover. The bed really made my shoulder hurt, but didn't seem to bother my partner. The staff was very nice.

Many different issues making the stay less than comfortable. Hotel needs work & attention.
-
Very nice hotel, however, the room we were in (and maybe all of them) had extremely high ceilings and the AC vent was inconveniently perched at the very top of the wall near the room door. This, in conjunction with the unit not seeming to go below 75°, made for a warm room. Front desk staff said the rooms “take a while to cool” with no option to switch rooms. Would have been nice to have some sort of resolve or compensation. Especially as a Marriott Gold member…

The location was convinient. One room was big. Breakfast was not offered. Customer service was terrible. One of our rooms was NOT a king suite (no couch in the room/no fold out), but staff would not take any off the price of the room. Staff did not respond to multiple requests for assistance with pillows, etc. The fold out bed in the other room was so uncomfortable, it was next to impossible to sleep on. Staff did not provide sheets for the fold out even after requesting. The bathroom door (barn door) did not stay closed.

Toilet clogged, sliding door fell off the hinges room 144

Staff are wonderful & rooms are immaculately clean & fresh. The patio & gathering spaces were really nice, ambiance of evening offerings, including a live band on Friday night, was really fun and special. This is one of nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in, but my mattress was so lumpy & old that I left with a terrible back ache. It ruined my whole trip, no way to get enough sleep to enjoy the day activities.

I was disappointed by several things: bathroom smelled terribly of mold, the faucet in bathroom was extremely hard to move, the bed I was on was sunken in on one side, after I went to bed the person in the room above me was stomping around for at least 30 minutes, and I had no idea it was $75 extra to bring a pet as I had booked online.
