Curtain witty was broken, was given wheelchair accessible rooms when we book regular rooms well in advance while someone who actually need could have used those room, even mentioned to front office staff and were told nothing else was available.

We stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton while picking up our son from camp, and we had such a great experience from the moment we walked in! There was a live band playing, the bar was open, and they were serving happy hour, which made for such a fun and welcoming atmosphere. They were having some computer issues when we arrived, so they weren’t able to check us in right away, but it honestly wasn’t a big deal at all. We enjoyed the live music and happy hour while we waited, and everything was resolved pretty quickly. The manager came over and was incredibly nice and accommodating and even put us in a larger room. The rooms are really nice, and the entire hotel just has such a great atmosphere. We stayed at the Best Western in Scotts Valley a couple of months ago and had a terrible experience, especially with the management, so this was truly a breath of fresh air. The manager and staff here were wonderful and made such a difference in our stay. We definitely can’t wait to come back and will absolutely stay here again! The only thing I wish they had was a pool, but that’s definitely not a dealbreaker for us. Overall, such a great experience!

Everything is clean and the staff is extremely helpful. I’m looking forward to spending time there again. Stephen

The lighting was terrible. The decor looked like had it been completed by the construction crew. We will not recommend this place to any of our family or friends that come down to the boardwalk area

I have been coming here to this hotel for over 5 years multiple times a year. I was quite surprised that they started charging for parking! Also, I book through Hotels.Com and they charge more than is listed on the Hotels.Com site. The parking isn't great, late at night, all of the big construction trucks take up the main parking spots and take multiple spots, leaving the others the underground parking which is a bit sketchy late at night. I would stay at the Hilton hotel close by next time as now with the parking fee, the rates are comparable. Also, each morning, they used to have coffee and fresh milk/cream available. The coffee seems old and they don 't bring out the fresh milk.cream just the artificial Coffee Mate. The rooms are okay, but the customer service has gone down in my opinion. I was very disappointed in my recent 7 day stay.

Tyler was so sweet. They let us check in early. The only downside is no pool or spa but other than that everything was perfect

Even though we paid the same fee and booked the exact same room type, they gave my friend a large room and gave me a small one. On top of that, the bed sheets were very dirty and had clearly not been changed. To make matters worse, the front desk staff was extremely rude

The Suite was one extra large room. I was expecting a true suite (a bedroom and a partial or fully separated sitting area). The bathroom was nice except the toilet paper was too far away to reach and so we had to make 'special' accommodations. The hotel was understaffed. We went for breakfast and after 12 minutes of sitting at a table, no server had arrived and none were in sight. They only had plastic cups in the room. We asked the front desk if we could have glass cups and were told that no glass was allowed in the rooms. I hate using plastic cups. They had a person calculating the chits from the day but he didn't feel he should help. We just left the breakfast and ate elsewhere. I will not be staying here again. I don't think you should stay here either.

Vlad, the manager (I think) was extremely nice and helpful. We will definitely stay there again!

Decent place but few things to note …black out shade didn’t work in room, if you book through Expedia you are likely to get an accessible room without wanting it as they prioritize direct book reservations. Parking is sparse and if you don’t have a compact car it will be tough in the garage to get parking. Place and room were clean

Clean room ,staff was great ,only bad thing fire alarm went off at 130 in the morining false alarm

This is an ideal place to stay when visiting Santa Cruz. It's 20 minutes away and offers much more than a Santa Cruz hotel. The room was very nice, the bathroom was huge, the staff was kind and courteous, and parking was inexpensive.

We arrived late in the evening and were greeted by a pretty rude staff member. After a day of traveling, it wasn’t the best first impression. Once in our room, the first thing we noticed was how uncomfortably cold it was. I told my kids to go take a warm shower and to our surprise, the water was cold too! I thought maybe it was a fluke, it was late, so we took our cold showers and didn’t say anything. The next morning, went to shower again and the water was once again cold. At check out I asked the staff member (different woman) if something was wrong with the cold water. She informed me that she had just been notified by maintenance that they had to turn it off and were working on it. I asked her if they were aware of this prior and if so, why wouldn’t they say anything to guests? Her response was she didn’t know and I was offered a “complimentary bottle of water”. Extremely disappointed with this establishment, don’t be fooled by the beautiful pictures online.

Love this place!

Awsome place

The electric shades didn’t function and nobody including maintenance could repair them so we had light coming into the room and we needed sleep after 20 hours of travel..That was the only issue. Front desk tried to b3 accommodating.

Fantastic place. They had a great band playing at night and the atmosphere was amazing.

The room was spacious and perfect for our family, and everything in the hotel was calm and quiet. The fire pits were a lovely evening enhancement and we truly enjoyed the hospitality and atmosphere
