Amazing hotel & Casino

I booked 2 queen rooms together. When we arrived we had rooms in 2 different towers and we had to convince them to put us in the same area at least. One of our rooms door lock was broken. They made nasty comments that we booked through hotels.com because it was cheaper. The rooms were worn as well as the furniture. Service was horrible no matter where you went. Starbucks took half an hour to get your coffee out and correct. Housekeeping never came to our room. There were cups over the smoke detectors in the room. We had an ok time but it was not worth $250-$35O a night. I would rather have a Days Inn with better service.

Property is nice and elegant but the AC wasn’t working in part of the hotel. We booked 3 rooms and two of them the AC didn’t work. We were there in June . We asked for two adjoining rooms and they couldn’t accommodate.

We have visited this establishment before and will again. Very nice and relaxing, and love that we can see a concert, and walk a few minutes back to our room.

The bar at Red Sage, Marcos our bartender was great. No EV charging, had to go to a different location to charge our vehicle. We were told that down the street was a Tesla charge, but that’s not even public we had to ask the workers if we could use it but the ev charger there was very slow. When we arrived one elevator wasn’t working they had to wait till the other broke down in order to get someone out to come fix it. We couldn’t use the service elevator to come down from the 5th floor to check out. My husband was told that it was too early to call the manager (7:30 Am)to ask if we could use the service elevator. Also over heard another guest ask front desk about service elevator and she was told she didn’t even know where the service elevator was located. Only great experience was the Red sage with Marcos I’ll give the resort that.

Had some food to bring home and the cleaning staff threw out the food while checkout was at 11. We were still there at 10 went to the room and no food I paid about 44 dollars down the drain I asked the cleaning lady she said they threw it I said but its not checkout time yet. I was pissed

As we drove up, there was no vehicles in line, and the BELL HOP was standing at the Ready. Upon checkin the initial greeting from the receptionist at the Front desk was warm and inviting. We were accommodated with the exact type of room we needed. Our bed was wonderfully comfortable and the pillows were the best that we have ever used in a hotel. House keeping is so attentive. EVERYTHING WAS JUST PLEASANT SAFE AND COMFORTING. Many thanks

Cleanliness and friendly staff Value for money

Very nice property, great food options, plenty of entertainment options, nice pool and the staff was top notch.

One area of improvement is more pool umbrellas as they are only a small handful.

We had a beautiful room with a great view of the mountains. Enjoyed being in beautiful Northern New Mexico.
