Clean room, friendly staff

Other than the luggage / valet person (who was very friendly and helpful) the staff was not that pleasant. Chose this place as soo close to the opera but the next adventure will try another place as there are so many choices in the surrounding area and many of them also include breakfast.

Clean spacious rooms. We did not use any facilities except for the casino. We did really well there. Parking can be a pain when the casino gets full. But I would definitely stay here again.

To say that this hotel needs a facelift is an understatement. The pool didn’t resemble the photos online which are probably enhanced with A.I. to make it look better than it is. The splash pad and lounge chairs are worn and dilapidated and also don’t match the pictures at all. Understaffed hotel. Server was down when we arrived which can happen anywhere but again, they are severely understaffed to deal with such mishaps. room keys stopped working and had to wait in a long line to get replacement keys since everyone had the same issue. Indoor pool room smelled. Walkway to the main elevator is all stained carpet. Three restaurants on site but more like 2.5 in reality. One is a coffee stand with grab and go type food. The other is open for breakfast which is significantly subpar for the outrageous prices and false advertising on menu items like “Greek yogurt”. Dinner restaurant isn’t great either but will charge you a crazy amount. I’ve stayed at 4-star hotels that actually have quality food like the JW Marriott, and this is not anywhere close to that. If I didn’t book through hotels.com then I would have fought for my money back with the manager. On top of all that you’re about 25 mins away from the heart of Santa Fe where we ended up eating most of our meals. We ended up cutting the trip short a night because it wasn’t worth staying despite the non-refundable booking. Would love to see this hotel improve but it looks sorely neglected & on its way out.

Check in had long lines, slow service

They seemed to change to pool rules to only allow some many guys or soon the other extr rt to pool.

The resort is beautiful physically. The pool was out of order and the restaurants and shops were not open in the evenings. Dinner waitbrimes exceeded an hour. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, when they were available. It seemed that they were short staffed. The Casino staff was very accommodating and friendly.

We Loved it 😊 Beautiful Pool, Hotel

The grounds remind me a lot of the Gaylord hotels—very expansive, southwestern charm. Only one of three elevators worked while we were there. Turquoise Bar and Grill served ice cold beer. Food was good. You have to go through the casino to get to it. The Sage restaurant is fine dining, so expect to pay a lot for a steak dinner.

Very clean & comfortable room. The a/c was a little noisy but overall great experience.

Security staff and valet were outstanding-very personable. Room was not very clean (dirty band aid in shower); pool bartender was probably one of the worst I’ve ever encountered-very rude and could tell she was not interested in making visitors welcome. I won’t return. Staying at Sandia Resort in Albuquerque now-night and day difference. Will make the extra 1 hour drive as this resort is phenomenal !

It's a beautiful and impressive place; however, it primarily attracts mountain tourists and gambling visitors. People also seem somewhat indifferent to others.

Clean rooms, hot tub

Large hotel with casino. Pool area was very nice. Restaurants were very good. The facility is over 20 years old and is beginning to show its age.

We really enjoyed everything at the hotel The step in the front desk were very helpful and we really appreciate that the staff that cleans the bedrooms are so awesome and polite. The only thing we did not appreciate was the waitress at the restaurant in the morning. He was very disrespectful but besides that everything else was awesome thank you so much for all you do.
