Hilton Santa Fe Buffalo Thunder

Room was great, balcony nice to have, gym fantastic. Despite great weather the outside pool was closed which is part of why we chose to stay that far outside Santa fe. Upkeep maintenance was lacking left right and centre especially around indoor pool and lockerrooms

The facility is beautiful and well maintained. Rooms were large and included high quality toiletries. The spa was fabulous! Room for improvement with the towels as they were very scratchy. Had an issue checking in due to a change in reservation with Expedia but front desk was not very helpful until a manager intervened after 20 minutes of hassling.

I was surprised by the poor condition of the hotel rooms. We had to leave our first room upon check-in because there was a very loud noise that was attributed to the boiler. That room did not appear well-cleaned with sticky countertops and mold in the bathroom. Our second room did not have the same noise issue but was equally unclean. There was mold in the bathroom, the counters were sticky, and wallpaper was peeling in several spots. The rugs appeared dirty and there was a stale smell in the room that was masked by excessive room spray. The property itself seemed to be in disrepair, something I would have expected in a motel but not a Hilton. The location is excellent, with easy access to Santa Fe and the surrounding areas, but the condition of the property made the price seem too high.

Buffalo Thunder was a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again! Thank you, BT, Olivia H.

House keeping knocked on the door 3 separate times between 9-10:30 when checkout wasn't until 12.

This place is amazing. Had a very relaxing couples massage with my wife. The slots were loose. The room was perfect. Will be back

Place was great, staff was great. Just needs upgraded renovations in the guest rooms .

When I ordered the room the site did not show me the morning breakfast option so when I got to the hotel I couldn't add on the morning breakfast they said I had to go through the I ordered from I was not happy about that

Everything was satisfactory.

It's was clean Customer service and the power went out while I was there.

Turquoise Trail Bar and Grill’s Pojoaque Taco with carne adovado was so good. Got it with red and green chile.

I wasn’t impressed with the property. The spa was good but the service at the front desk was awful. Couldn’t even get a 15-30 minute late checkout. The staff in most of the stores were rude minus the Starbucks staff. Not to mention, I had a horrible experience at The Sage restaurant; have a dairy allergy and told them multiple times and some how they STILL served me dairy and apologized after I ate the entire scallop dish which contained butter. Horrible experience. Definitely won’t be revisiting this property. Also, hate writing reviews but based on our experience, I felt it was justified.
