Homewood Suites by Hilton Santa Fe-North

We love staying in this hotel! The king bed is comfy, great pull out couch for my son- and I love the casita/townhouse feel. My bro’s family stayed across the “hall” from us and it was great! Breakfast in the am is not bad at all! We just kept running out of bacon! 😅

Very nice suite, resort was great, staff was wonderful. The only complaint is our suite was on the 1st floor…I strongly discourage this if you want good sleep. The people above us were extremely loud starting at 6am, the pipes from shower/bathroom use also very loud at all hours of the night- enough where it woke up all of us. Hotel was great, just recommend 2nd floor if you feel like sleeping.

Everything was clean and tidy. Had clogged sink issue, it was tended to immediately.

Staff were so kind and friendly. Great breakfast and the Wednesday social was great too! The hotel and rooms could use updating as everything outdated and some of the room furniture is breaking down.

Really over priced

We were passing through and wanted to play at the Buffalo Thunder Casino. It was nice to stay walking distance away for a bit less than staying at the resort since we couldn't be there long. Rooms were large and comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre.

Our family recently had a very good experience at the Homewood Suites Santa Fe. We booked a 2-bedroom suite, and it was huge! Both bedrooms were extremely spacious, and it came with a very comfortable living area as well. The man who checked us in was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was better than at any of our other hotels. My only regret was that we didn't have more than one night to spend there!

Everything was nice and clean easy access parking. Staff was professional and attentive to my needs!

We prefer to stay here when in New Mexico. The rooms are clean, breakfast is great, parking is good. The only downside is there isn’t an elevator to the 2nd floor. Very inconvenient when you have a lot of luggage.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. The room was large comfortable with all the amenities. It might be good to use warming tables for the breakfast food, but it was still very good

Nice size rooms with full size fridge, small kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Carpet is showing its age but was clean

It took about 30 minutes to check in, and only one staff member was handling phone calls while guests were waiting

Great place to stay. Many amenities. It’s part of the resort and casino. Lots of entertainment. Room was a casita. Very comfortable.

Would have been 5 star if all cleaning staff could speak english to enhance understanding of customers and if room cleaning was done everday. Had to ask twice because room ran out of toilet paper. Only given one for a weeks stay for two people.
