Best Western Andersen's Inn

The room was comfortable. Pool area was nice. Staff was friendly. All Ice machines on property weren’t working. There was an issue with kitchen, so breakfast wasn’t up to par. Items were limited. Overall a decent stay.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room walls are paper thin and I could here everything in the rooms next to me.

Staff was great! Big stains on the carpet and just needed some maintenance. Stay was fine tho.

No ice machines working in the middle of summer!!! Advertised a ev charging station but didn’t work.

Really nice place, liked it a lot and would like to go there again.

Great stopping spot if you're driving that long stretch on I5. Had everything we needed. Secure parking, late check in, lots of food options around there and a good night's rest.

Front desk staff was amazing, put us in a great room, clean, and already cooled down. Very comfortable bed and a great breakfast, eggs, bacon, potato’s, waffles and much more. We will definitely stay here again!

Nothing super special to write. Right off the freeway, clean, working ac that wasn’t too loud. We didn’t stay for long, but it was comfortable and good enough for a nights sleep and not worried about our room getting broken into

There were no hand towels in the room. Just two bath towels and two wash cloths. I ate out and brought back leftovers and put them into the refrigerators. It froze everything so it was inedible. When I turned on the TV the sound came on but the picture was black. When I called the office about it she said to unplug the connection and plug it in again. That worked the first time, but the rest of my stay was without TV. I will never go there again.

The room was nice, the air is a bit old school, but did the job. I got my luggage stolen at 6:30 am though :/

Our room was clean and comfortable. The young lady at the desk who checked us in was very helpful when our room key wouldn’t open the door. Breakfast was fairly good. The bacon was so thin, you could see through it and the coffee was way way too strong that it didn’t taste like coffee!

We stopped on are way home wanted to eat at split pea Andersen’s it’s right next door

Check in was pleasant, and as helped by a very courteous desk clerk. Very good stay

Very clean, quiet, view of the yard& pool, good breakfast. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The only thing that I feel could use more care is the hotel grounds. We would definitely stay here when in the area.

Absolutely wonderful staff is awesome

The hotel is run down and needs a major update and only okay for a one night stay long the 5. Lower your expectations and you will be pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was ok in the morning and my son appreciated it before our long drive.
