The staff was friendly and the location was convenient. Our room was nice but the carpet had a huge stain between both beds. I would have asked for another room if I had noticed the stain earlier that night.

Very knowledgeable. And was letting me know that the mosquitoes were very bad right now. Also kept asking me if there was anything I needed to let her.know. I will be back. I give that hotel,staff 1000% awesom

I solo travel with my 6 year old daughter. I have never felt safer traveling than being at this hotel! It was clean, the staff was friendly, and the room was spacious. It was perfect for a stop on a road trip! The complimentary breakfast was a huge plus too!

So, very nice room, if you aren't impaired, and aren't afraid of falling in the tub, and don't mind a teeny bathroom with very little floor space. I feel cheated, in that it isn't what I reserved, or expected, and I think that their room description is a bit of false advertising.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were blunt and unfriendly. The biggest issue, however, was the hygiene. When I was about to get into bed, I noticed several stray hairs on the bedsheets, meaning they hadn't been changed from the previous guest. I asked for a room change, which they granted, but the staff didn't even bother to apologize for the inconvenience. To make matters worse, the soundproofing is terrible. Late at night, guests arrived in the room above mine, and I could hear thump, footstep, and conversation. The breakfast the next morning was not good. I don’t think I will be back here again.

Convenient stay. Clean rooms. Stayed on 1st floor, locked gates for security. Breakfast was continental type. Good and staff was nice.

Really clean, fresh decor, clean & well maintained pool, friendly staff, laundry facility & fitness room were a pleasant surprise. The breakfast room was a little sterile. It was clean and sufficient for what was on offer for a complimentary breakfast but the plastic cutlery and paper plates/bowls were not great.

i liked that there was a night light off in the corner by the rest room, because once the curtins close, it was pitch black. Only one thing. This is just for the maintenance department. When we turned the water in the tub on and switched it to the shower there was a high pitch noise/squeel.

Employees: so nice , especially the lady working the breakfast today 6/21. She was very nice, patient & fast!! Parking: we were driving a U-Haul 15-ft truck, pulling a trailer and found plenty of parking. Amenities :They had a really beautiful pool with a gate. Our room: we were in 204. The room had no smell, the bed sheets were clean free of stains and we're nice and warm . The room was clean as well as the bathroom and bathtub. Amazing air conditioner! The negatives: no in-room coffee maker (but 24-hou. coffee machine in the lobby) & an outlet in the room with a nightlight underneath of it which I really didn't appreciate but could easily cover with my suitcase. They did a great job remodeling this hotel but can tell the floor is underneath of the rug are warped ( no big deal) The breakfast area was very clean, organized and fully stocked even around 9:45 a.m. (breakfast stops at 10:00 a.m.). Food that was supposed to be hot was hot and food that was supposed to be cold was cold. Quite the variety of food too: they had bagels and a toaster with all kinds of spreads (Nutella, multiple different cream cheeses and jellies, butter). They have sausage and eggs, a yogurt dispenser with granola and other things you can add to it, three or four different cereals and milk. Our trailer was safe parked in the front lot. It is right off of an exit across the street from a gas station. We will definitely be back. RECOMMENDED!!!!
