Hilton Garden Inn Sonoma County Airport

Well maintained, generally quiet and clean hotel. A dirty diaper was found at the end of my stay hidden under a bench from prior guest. Due to that, the room a faint bad odor throughout the stay.

Lobby area of the hotel is clean and updated. The room was not. Mold on bathroom ceiling, dried food on carpet and desk chair. Music playing nightly (all night long) in the hallway was very loud and woke up my husband who usually sleeps through everything. Maybe with a very deep cleaning and some updates, the room would live up to what we expected from a Hilton property, but in its current condition it was disappointing. We were in town for a wedding and when asked, we shared with friends and relatives our thoughts on the hotel and advised them not to recommend it other out-of-towners unless some major changes were made.

Great, clean hotel with beautiful pool. Only improvement opportunity is the wifi which kept dropping every ~15min.

Great location near the airport and a theater and restaurants. Comfortable room and very nice pool and spa.

Accommodations were very nice. Toilets are too low for 65+ adults.

Excellent hotel well located for my business need nearby, near restaurants, a movie theatre, and freeway accessible. Breakfast is a little pricey, however, and the buffet promoted on a sign in the lobby turned out to be weekends only.

We were in Santa Rosa for a car show and the hotel was very helpful with us parking our car trailer

Staff and facility were both great. Gave us an end room - spacious, clean and quiet for the most part. The person next door was up at 5:30 am Sunday letting the door slam multiple times. My only complaint was those self closing doors that shake the walls. Didn’t try the restaurant but they have one and numerous places short drive to downtown. Also gym & indoor pool. Convenient to 101 and Santa Rosa.

Breakfast was just ok. Cost was a lot for what I got. Toast was cold and stale.

Ice machine was broken on my floor. Staff were fun and had a lot of attitude. Will stay again when I am in the area.

The reception staff were very friendly. They were cheerful and obviously enjoy their work. One even shared some of her banana muffin with me, and we joked a bit and they really helped me to get centered as I’d just come from a sad memorial service.

The downstairs lobby, breakfast area was excellent. The staff was friendly and the food was good. Clean and nice.

Great experience using their complimentary airport shuttle. Rooms were clean and well maintained.
