Great place! Roomy and just like home!

Having arrived around 9:30pm, parking was also very challenging, nothing within several blocks of the room. Upon check in, staff also didn’t bother to tell us how to find the room, unnecessarily complicating things at that hour. Lastly, there were also several insects in the room.

They upgraded me for free so I could be close to my sister and her family. Very helpful and kind. Such nice rooms and on site events.

Beautiful accommodations. I just wish we had more time to fully enjoy everything.

Everything excellent!

Room was wonderful and exactly what we needed for a family of 6.
-
Room and amenities Terrible Internet connection speed. Haven't seen download speeds that slow since the late 80's!

Clean rooms , kids enjoyed the pool.

Our suite was spacious and comfortable. We had our 2 teenage grandchildren with us. They had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped. The amenities are great. The pools are actually heated. There was plenty for the kids to do as well. We have already booked to go back in September. Lovely place. Relaxing.

Spacious accommodations, clean, friendly staff and full kitchen.

This place would have been perfect BUT I felt deceived. Upon checking in I was told to go get my wristbands from the desk behind me. Little did I know that that desk was manned by a timeshare company. I felt forced into signing up for a 90 minute presentation that my husband said no way to. I wish I had known about the high pressure sales pitch before I was in the middle of it!

I feel like I discovered a hidden gem for staying in the Windsor area. I was so pleased and happy with my "room" which was as actually a one-bedroom apartment. The catch is that this is actually a time-share that tries to recruit new members right after the check-in process, You are told to go to the amenities check-in right across from the regular check-in desk. It is there that you get your wrist band to use the pool and other amenities. And that's where they try to snare you into coming to a "presentation" either that day or the next day. They act as though it's fun party. I was there three days for a family reunion and really was busy most of the time. They tried and tried to get me to commit to a time for this party but I staunchly declined every time offered and was not bothered again. The price was phenomenal and the property first-class. The "party" people are not regular staff at the establishment so don't worry that you will get into trouble by declining.

We had an amazing room, more like an apartment 2 bed 2 bath with a in unit washer/dryer and full kitchen! Absolutely perfect for traveling families! Our kids couldn't get enough of the pools and hot tubs! I would stay here again in a second!

Beautiful , friendly staff. Everything we needed. Loved every minute of our trip.

Although we did not use any of the amenities, there appeared to be many available to use. We did not appreciate the "hard sell" pressure we experienced at the concierge desk. We were directed to the concierge in order to receive necessary information regarding the World Mark property. Once at the desk we were pressed to attend a sales presentation. Despite our repeated declinations to attend, the staff seemed to ignore us and continued attempts to book a presentation for us. Ultimately we left the desk to avoid becoming more frustrated with the staff.

People at check in were friendly and efficient. Everything was great, but it would be nice to have individual umbrellas at pool loungers.

Everything

Location was close to wineries Room was tore up! The pocket door to the bathroom looked like it had been kicked, the tile work was spotty and the floor was not overly clean.
