We enjoyed our stay. Having two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and patio was terrific.

When booking this property, I was not aware it was a timeshare. Didn’t appreciate my keys practically being held hostage while I had to listen to their spiel. I finally agreed to go to the presentation just to get my keys, but cancelled the next day.

This was our second stay at the property. The first was excellent. The second was not good. The unit we were assigned was in poor condition.

Loved the apartment we stayed in. Parking was a little limited at times.

Everything was great. Location was great, facility was clean and comfortable. I didn't like that I had to pay for wifi if I wanted to use it.

Everything Nothing

Very nice staff. Balcony was spacious. Room was very roomy and comfortable. We had to drive everywhere. It was not close to the village and restaurants. The pool area was noisy. A boom box was playing loudly. Kids were making noise but we did expect that. The air conditioning in the room was very loud. Only coffee creamers were available. No actual cream.

I have stayed at this resort several times with family. This was not a good experience, as we were visiting for my mother's 90th birthday. She is in a wheel chair, so I requested an ADU room when I made the reservation. I followed up with a call to the hotel, expressing our needs, prior to our trip and check in. While we were given a ground floor room, it was not an ADU room. I have stayed in an ADU room previously here, with bathroom and shower accomodations. What we got this time was completely inadequate for my mother. It was a big disappointment for her birthday to not have a shower she could use or a bathroom where she could fit her wheelchair.

Service and attention to detail and amenities were great. I’d definitely recommend to other travelers.

Very clean, nice pool and fitness center. Our condo was located in a quiet area across from the golf course. Really it was a very nice property.

Beware of the membership sales pitch. It’s not worth the gift and getting you approved for credit that you DID NOT ask for. The sales team, was slick. Courteous but not straightforward.

Safe, quiet and clean. Loved that we could work remotely on our stay -cation.

The amenities were great - on site spa, pickleball court, pool, hot tubs, volleyball, ping pong, and more. BUT three things marred the experience 1. Pressure at check-in to sit in a timeshare presentation. 2. WiFi connection is weak so despite the ability to Chrome cast to TVs in room, the spotty WiFi made this very challenging. 3. The pickleball court is supposed to open at 8 am but at 10 am it was still locked. The reason given was maintenance leaves it locked if the court was wet, but it simply was not wet. While conceivable it may have been damp from overnight dew, it was definitely not “wet” at 9 or 10 am (sunrise was 6:20 am).

No cleaning room service is not good for our long stay. Also too noisy from a pool

Love this hotel. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Just be prepared for a very long check in process.
