I can’t believe they took away the in-room coffee makers. That’s so cheap. And I’m still not a fan of the coffeemaker in the lobby. This just might send me to a different hotel chain.

Great place

Room was nice, clean and they were able to accommodate the first floor. Very comfortable pillows - (meant to ask where I could buy a couple!). Pool area was okay - hot spa was nice and warm. Breakfast was basic, not the best, but not the worst we've ever had.

My only quibbles are that there was no fan in the bathroom to exhaust the shower steam. That might not have been too annoying, except that there were no other mirrors anywhere in the room. Kind of tricky when sharing a two queen room with a friend and we both need showers and mirror time to get ready. Still, a nice location and very comfy. Wifi was okay. Breakfast was fine, plentiful and free as usual, thought he waffle maker was broken at that time. I trust Holiday Inn Express for consistent quality, and I'd say overall this location delivered.

Great location near Russian River activities and wine tasting at reasonable price. Very comfy beds. Large rooms.

Breakfast was OK, if basic. Coffee there was excellent though. Bed was very comfy. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was much better than we expected, almost illegally strong! Road noise is quite bad. Although it does get quieter at night, it starts up again pretty early. Wish they had more soundproofing in the windows. There is just a lot of ambient noise in the room, in the lobby, at the pool.
