Holiday Inn Express® Windsor Sonoma Wine Country by IHG

I received a $70 charge for a “stained towel” my son got some Gatorade on a towel. That in no way should be a charge let alone $70! Hoping they will make it right but when I talked to the people at the front desk no manager was on duty and couldn’t help me.

Room was clean , amenities were great , the hotel was centrally located and within walking distance to the downtown area. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This hotel is clean, well organized and helpful. Efficient housekeeping everyday. It was also central to where we wanted to be with great restaurants and a park nearby. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice Holiday Inn Express. Everything you would expect

Everything here was fine. We had no issues. They have a great little breakfast, which was better than most places that offer a free breakfast. I would definitely come back.

Good location. Nice appearance from the outside. Inside in bad need of renovation.

Not much Right near freeway, overpriced for value, sheets on bed had a slight chemical smell, continental breakfast was pitiful - ran out of milk for cereal, many things weren’t available

My room was very spacious and clean, with plenty of towels, name brand toiletries, and plenty of seating/storage. The private balcony was a nice plus.

The Room Smelt Like Cigarettes !!! Talked to the receptionist about it and they said all suits were booked so we could either go to a smaller room or get a discount so we decided to get a discount and deal with it so I have called up there 2 times already and they said they would put a note in the managers box so she could discount it!! I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING not even a call back!!!! WHY????? Don't go there to their dirty rooms they wont do anything about it !!!!

Bathroom didnt feel clean or properly maintained

Overall breakfast were not bad, need more bananas and oak meal with walnuts which ran out on our last day morning plus more better varieties hot food will be good. The check in is quick, staffs were ok and did not mingle with guests even I told them it's my Bday weekend but without any greetings. Room is spacious but no hanging hooks for shower caps and bathing accessories....Overall we like the stay, the whole hotel gave us good impression, it looks well maintained, bright and clean. Will come back if we'll be in the area.
