Very nice

Beds are really comfortable and shower nice. Needed more towels though. Wish they had a complete restaurant though.

Staff was very helpful opening my luggage with a broken lock that would not open.

Quiet rooms. Friendly staff.

We were traveling with our kids and there baby. They set us up with 2 rooms next to each other and a crib. Nice staff. Clean room and good breakfast.

For the price, this location is OK nothing really special. The one thing that said it above others was the quality of the breakfast. The hotel is relatively clean OK but nothing special.

We went to the breakfast buffet around 8:45 am on a Tuesday. Area was clean and the person maintaining it was friendly.They didn't have any fruit in the fruit bowl and the pancake maker was out of order. Would of been nice to have both available to us.

hot tub was labeled unsafe by health department. Bfast was good. Pool was very cold...too cold to use

Room and bathroom were clean. loved free parking. Breakfast good with hot and cold selections. Liked the number of channels on the TV. King bed was too tall for me and uncomfortable for both of us. Hallways smelled like chlorine.

It was relatively quiet considering it was next to the freeway. The beds were very comfortable although very high. The problem is the shower handle would not stay in the medium position it went to hot, the phone didn't work and there were only two decaf coffee. I asked for those things to be fixed. The phone wasn't fixed and they only left us two coffee pods . The hotel advertised a pool jacuzzi and sauna. We were informed they were all out of service. But not before we got there. That bothers me when I reserve a room with certain amenities and then they're not available when we get there without notice. So I'm not sure we would return. We didn't have a chance to try the breakfast because we had an early flight.

Complementary breakfast is poor. Sauna opens in 9::AM??? Really ???? The whirlpool tub was not working ( Sorry). Wow. This is 21 st. century. Common you guys. Over $200 per what ? B

Very close to Healdsburg, convenient location, nice staff, good breakfast. Some coffee shops in the area.

I received a $70 charge for a “stained towel” my son got some Gatorade on a towel. That in no way should be a charge let alone $70! Hoping they will make it right but when I talked to the people at the front desk no manager was on duty and couldn’t help me.

Room was clean , amenities were great , the hotel was centrally located and within walking distance to the downtown area. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This hotel is clean, well organized and helpful. Efficient housekeeping everyday. It was also central to where we wanted to be with great restaurants and a park nearby. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice Holiday Inn Express. Everything you would expect

Everything here was fine. We had no issues. They have a great little breakfast, which was better than most places that offer a free breakfast. I would definitely come back.
