Nice and clean

Hotel is lovely, surroundings and rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. I reserved a 2 queen with sofa, very spacious. Pool & pool area is great, lots of comfortable seating. Pool is nice. Breakfast is good with some hot items and make your own waffles. All staff very courteous and customer service orientated.

Above and beyond customer service

I love that they had nice larg rooms reasonably priced! We were traveling with 3 adults and a child, and two large dogs so having a room that was 500+ sq ft was a big selling point for us! Also the pool was great, and they had a good breakfast with lots of options that is included. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Breakfast was lacking. It was crowded and not a lot of food. All I wanted was two bagels. There was only one left. No butter only maragine and no cream cheese.

Very clean
-
Not the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed and no extra anything not enough chairs half the time you had to ask for toilet paper or paper towels so just a heads up.

This is a reasonably priced Hotel for the wine country. Ask for a room not facing the Freeway. As breakfast is included, there are many families staying here so expect toddler noises during the meal. The gym is small but adequate with a Peloton bike, an elliptical trainer and two treadmills as well as 5+ pound weights. I was able to exercise in the pool the first day of our stay but on the second, loud, splashing kids with floaties took over at 10 am. So, expect noise from the other guests.

I did not get the room I reserved 4 months prior to stay. It was my honeymoon and I was very disappointed that they did not have the room available. I got 2 queen beds instead of king suite I purchased.

Prior to my arrival, I attempted to contact the hotel to let them know I would be arriving late due to wedding-related travel. My calls went unanswered, and I received no response. When I arrived the following day, I was shocked to learn that my room had been given away. What makes this situation even worse is that I received absolutely no communication from the hotel—no phone call, no email, no text message, nothing—to inform me that my reservation was being canceled or that my room was at risk of being reassigned. I was attending a wedding where family and friends were all staying at this hotel, and I was left stranded with nowhere to stay. To add insult to injury, the hotel is still retaining approximately $1,500 for a room I never occupied. Despite their mistake and lack of communication, there has been no meaningful effort to resolve the situation or assist me. This is totally illegal btw. I later learned that several other members of our wedding group were also unhappy with their experience at this property. The lack of customer service, communication, and accountability is unacceptable. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Guests deserve better treatment and basic communication, especially when significant amounts of money are involved. Stay away. There are better options around the area to stay.

About three weeks before our trip, I reserved a studio suite with two queen beds and a sofa bed to accommodate four adults. However, when we arrived, we were informed that our reserved room was no longer available and were given a much smaller room with only two queen beds. Unfortunately, this room could not comfortably accommodate our group, and we were not notified of the change in advance, which left us with no opportunity to make alternative arrangements. After discussing the issue with the front desk, we were eventually offered an additional room. The second room contained only one king bed, was located far from the original room, and had a significantly less desirable view. As a result, our family was unable to stay together as planned and was separated throughout our stay. What was most frustrating was the lack of communication from management. I requested that the manager contact me to discuss the situation, both on the day of arrival and again the following day, but I never received a call back. The hotel itself was clean, and the staff members I interacted with were courteous. However, when guests book a specific room type well in advance, they should either receive the room they reserved or be notified beforehand if changes are necessary. Better communication and follow-through from management would have made a significant difference in my stay experience.
