Terrible pool…tiny and too much chlorine also the restaurant on site was closed indefinately. The whole property was noisy from 101 traffic sounds

There was a dirty plate left in the 3rd floor lobby area that sat for 2 days and was still there upon our checkout. We never saw any type of cleaning happening. Elevators could have used a little wipe down. We asked for a late checkout. We're charged $25. I've never in all my, ever, have been charged for a late checkout.

Great room wonderful

Hotel is in a location right off the 101 and parking is a little challenging. Furniture was dusty when we arrived, the mattress had a big dip in the middle, the hot water in the shower had to be turned to the maximum heat and it flowed slowly. Since there was no clerk at the desk upon checkout, after waiting several minutes, we just dropped off the keys and left.

The kitchen staff was wonderful. We really enjoyed the fresh made breakfast. Thank you

The pool was dirty and cold. The Bar not opened as shown in hotel amenities. And the restaurant was only open for breakfast, which was a poor quality.

There was a sticker that had profanity above the light my daughter saw it and repeated. This was a bad experience because she has never used that type of profanity. The restrooms was still dirty had mold about the whole top of the shower black Mold.

I liked the quiet and freedom to be. The pull out bed was atrocious and super painful to sleep on.

At least the parking was free, close to some stores, and easy access to/frome the freeway. Not used to paying San Francisco hotel prices this far north of the city.
