You could chill in pool and after relax in comfy beds with nice air conditioning, watching movies.

Air conditioning was horrible went out and made the room feel like it was wet. The pressure in the shower was basically none

The front desk staff was very helpful, the property was clean and it was conveniently located near the freeway

Room smelled like cigarette smoke

They gave away a prepaid reservation to some random guy and my mom and family had to sleep in their car. When Expedia contacted they said a guy checked in at 9 and left in the morning dropping off the keys to the room. Who was that man? Why would you give the room that was already paid for to some random guy. Very upset and disappointed.

We did not like that the room smelled like cigarettes. All the pillows smelled so bad. Too many guest smoking on property

We stay here cause it’s one of few hotels in the area.

Good location. Friendly staff. Good orange juice. Tiles were broken in bathroom floor, bed frame was broken, tv remote was broken. To make things worse, we were woken up at 3am by the sound of something chewing on something in the walls. A rodent I'm assuming. We later heard the chewing again followed by a scratching sound. I was considering sleeping in the car at that point.

Breakfast was good was surprised that the hours for breakfast were so short.

For breakfast there are instructions on how to get the batter in a cup and pour it into the waffle machine, however there aren’t instructions on what to do once you pour the batter into the waffle machine. They could put some instructions about the machine and make it easier. The room was clean and well kept. We were in room 121 and the handle on the toilet needs to be repaired. Yes,we would stay there again.

Great for the price

Pretty basic. Television didn't work well and overall it was pretty loud and hard to find parking. I'm guessing this is not really the hotels fault just hard to find decent places to stay in Santee.
