He location was excellent The hotel needed to be updated. The carpet in the hallway had been cut and had lumps in it, a safety hazard. The receptionist didn't want to give extra pillows. I expected more out of Baymont, but it didn't meet my expectations.

Convenience, Price It could've been cleaner. Tubs need recaulking, black mold/mildew easily seen. My Aunt's room has a bar that isn't attached and the tub is clogged. The place is dated and needs upgrades

The lady working, the front desk was not friendly at all nor helpful. The refrigerator kept running and making a funny noise and every time I would go downstairs to try to report it no one was there. When I checked out the next day, there were still no one there to drop the key cards off to. The pictures do not look anything like the hotel or the room we stayed in it was dirty and it looked like the room had not been cleaned in a long time. It was also in an unsafe neighborhood I would not recommend staying here. They ended up charging the wrong card and I had to go through Expedia to get the whole thing straightened up.

food is nasty, bathroom courtain dirty with mold, door did not work well, and uncomfortable bed/pillows.

Right off the highway Unclean, poor customer service

Good area Fridge and microwave Comfortable bed Sat night I got to my room at 230 am wearing my favorite black denim shorts which had around $50:in my pocket. Put on my pj's went to bed. Got up at 9am packed my suitcase and left. Got 30 miles down the road stop to get gas, can't find my shorts I took off at 230am with the money in them. In a panic I called the hotel told them I left my shorts in the room. Get back to hotel go in room no shorts, go back to my car no shorts, go back in hotel have someone go to my room with me and still no shorts. So they tell me maybe my guest got f them, but I had no guest all weekend and they literally disappeared! I'm told Noone went in my room but me, I get home have a friend search my suitcase and car, still to this day no shorts. Only explanation is someone went in my room after I left and took the shorts. While I was going through my suitcase for the 3rd time in front of the hotel, a very nice gentleman (wish I got his name) walks up to me and hands me some money. I tell him no sir I can't take your money, but he could see my stress and wanted to ease my mind. So an Angel came to my rescue and I'm very thankful for the stranger. But someone took my shorts and money!
