The property is neglected. Absolutely ZERO maintenance.

Staff was friendly. Facility has a pool but we did not use it. Location of facility was off the main road which was a concern when taking our pet out to potty.

Found roach crawling towards bathroom

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay. Overall a good experience.

The property was old and outdated. The adjoining rooms we requested was already given away. They put us in 2 rooms beside each other instead. The rooms stunk. Our kids room carpet had been shampooed to try and get odor out but didn’t work. Carpet was still wet and smelled of wet dog. We didn’t get any sleep. We kept getting woke up by slamming doors and what sounded like a bowling alley in room above us. Never again will we book a room there.

Comfortable large suites and good breakfast. No daily room cleaning but staff were helpful and pleasant. Some furniture and accessories were a bit worn. Easy freeway access. Good value for the money

It is OK, but to help my fellow travelers, I have to say this one is worn out, old and the powers that be are trying to squeak out a few more years out of an old outdated building that really needs to be upgraded. Not a good value people. I paid $150 before the dog fee. Also, the surrounding area is really pretty sketch, and the trash is everywhere. No fault of the staff, they are great and friendly, things just get worn and this is an example. How is the staff going to get mold out of a bathroom when it's totally ingrained in the sealant. Note to the powers that be, never have rug in a building, it never gets sanitized, never. And it has to be seriously old.

Front desk and breakfast staff excellent. Housekeeping inconsistent but always provided anything requested.

I liked that the staff was super friendly and didn’t ever seemed annoyed with any question! The first room had a mildew smell which quickly was accommodated for another room, but the location of the fist one was more Ideal and we got moved to 3rd floor.

Wonderful, southern hospitality! Thank you

I have stayed at this hotel many many times on business. It's not the best in terms of maintenance and finishes, but it's a great hotel and the staff are great! I will keep staying there when I travel to the Mobile area.

That there were beds to sleep in Long list. We booked 2 rooms for us and our 3 children. They were not able to give us connecting rooms but the connecting room that my kids were in the other people were smoking weed and it was so strong. When we told the desk they didn't know what to do. The rooms were gross and the bathtub was gross. The door to our bathroom would not completely close and the bathroom in my boys room had no lock. The pool looked terrible, nothing like the picture and the hot tub had been taken out with a piece of wood over it. It wasn't suitable for swiming. Checkout was at 11 but at 8:30 two cleaning ladies thought it would be a good idea to yell back and forth to each other from other opposite ends of the hallway while they cleaned. We could hear every word through our door. We couldn't even sleep. Again I need to point out the rooms were non smoking rooms. The smell of weed was over powering.
